ASK.com, like herpes, has become my search engine, removed it from 'installed program' but it's still here, just like herpes.

I've used this website for months without issue and suddenly it has stopped working in Firefox. I tried clearing cookies and history. I tried checking my proxy and firewall settings. I made sure the website was functioning for others. Help?

Certain websites don't load when I go to them. They just stay white and say that they're loading. They stay like that for hours, as I've left tabs open. This happens on Nexopia.com and Omegle.com. This doesn't happen on IE, but I prefer Firefox.

I use the mozilla plug in check every few days to be sure java is up to date and that flash is up to date and it has said up to date every check.

I found out today that java released an update back around July 10th.

Just posting to let FF and users know that the plug in check, at least the Java one, does not work properly.

Anytime I try to upload pictures or videos to mediafire, megaupload, or photobucket, I get error messages.

Since downloading firefox 3.6.8.Google Earth freezes.Reverted back to 3.6.7. Earth still freezes. I uninstalled Earth and reloaded it.but it made no difference.Followed instructions to clear Earth cache,but it wouldn't clear.What to do?

The tool bar disappeared. Menu, Tools, the ability to clear history, access to cookies controls...... I want all that back- I cannot find tool bar! And second, yes Firefox has been crashing a lot lately, forcing computer to shut down altogether. Why and how do I make it stop?

Firefox is having problems with certain .jpg images that I have uploaded to a hosting service.

(Ex: http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/3991/hbbgardenorangepop3.jpg)

When you set this image as your web page's background image, the image will not be rendered. However, if you go directly to the URL, the image will be rendered (except in the Beta release, where the image won't even render when you go to the URL directly).

However, if you go to ANY other browser, the image is rendered correctly (both when you go directly to the URL and when you use the image as your background).

I have children who use the family computer and I don't want them being able to view websites without me being able to monitor what they are accessing. Is there any way to remove or password lock the private browsing feature of mozilla?

I am running firefox 4 beta. I want my home pages to always come up as app-tabs. How do I do this?

Every time an update for Firefox loads, I spend hours trying to figure out how to get it to work. I would very much appreciate an option to NOT download future versions. It works fine, as was, so quit messing with it.

I've had this problem for at least half a year now and have completely uninstalled firefox several times and have no add-ons. Noone at firefox seems to be able to, or want to help fix this problem so I'm done....

I've uninstalled firefox and will start using google crome. You had your chance firefox, and you failed.

I updated Firefox and it still says that it isn't up to date. I have reinstalled it and it still doesnt resolve the issue.

Bookmarks doesn't work everytime there is a firefox update. Its a recurring problem The most recent update is to firefox 3.6.8.

I have been trying to figure out how to remove addresses from my www bar. I have clicked on the arrow to bring up all the places that the computer has been too. I have pressed delete on every single one of them, i cleared the history and the cookies on the computer. HOWEVER i still have all the unwanted websites on here. How do i get rid of them?

i'm normally a firefox user. one day while i was on facebook all pictures wouldn't display and would show a grey line instead where the picture would be displayed. if i go on facebook on internet explorer, it works perfectly fine. i would prefer to use firefox as to using ie, and this has been an ongoing problem. any way to fix this?
