Why am I getting this message?

When I scroll to the bottom of my news feed on Facebook, the page scrolls by it's self, I'm NOT touching anything and the page scrolls up and down. been that way for a month now 8-16-22

When I go and open any website, a minute later Firefox flickers, it's been doing that for a month now. and I always get this too, a separate issue " This site is slowing down Firefox" yet it never says what site, and when Firefox is the only site open, it still does it.

Getting sick of FireFox, I want to search from the GOOGLE SEARCH BAR, not the address bar, but the settings don't work you can choose to have the search bar next to the address bar, but it doesn't work, the google search bar doesn't work either, no matter what setting, your search ends up in the address bar, with all the updates, they don't fix crap on here, when someone makes a complaint, FIX THE CRAP, I don't need to ask 100 people why it wont work, just FIX IT!!

Prior to the last two <Firefox> updates (too many, too frequently!), no problem. Both keyboard and mouse were recognized. Since then, only the mouse, although everything's fine when I use Chrome.

Yes, I'm on the latest version, and have cleared caches and rebooted ... after every new version.

I've got a legacy transformer laptop with an integrated wacom-type sensor screen. Despite all shortcomings of it's age, the laptop's got class.

The main web browser installed is Firefox ESR. In tablet mode, control was handled by the Windows - mouse-like drag'n'drop, marking, but with added scrolling gesture by swinging quickly up and down. Using it in the tablet mode is actually very practical.

Recently, after updating from 91 to 101, browser started to interpret the pen as a finger, controls became clumsy and frustrating. The only way of turning finger gestures off, parameter gestures.enable_single_finger_input described in that question (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/973974) had no visible effect. Have fallen back to 91esr, but this is obviously just a temporary solution. Is there any way to add force-disable parameter or something?

MP4 videos fail to play with the following error messages:

1. No video with supported format and MIME type found.
2. Video can't be played because the file is corrupt.
3. NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR (0x806e0005)
4. Error no decoder found for audio/mp4a-latm

other notes:

• issue began a 1-2 weeks ago
• issue does not exist on chrome browser
• MP4 videos can be downloaded and played successfully in applications other than firefox
• other video formats play successfully in firefox
• issue persists in troubleshoot mode
• issue persists with hardware acceleration on/off
• issue persists with tracking protection on/off
• media.mp4.enabled is set to true

It is hard to describe in nerd language what's happening, but I'll try in human language:

1. Firefox frequently takes forever to even begin loading websites! 2. After today's update (16-OCT-2022) search engine search fields won't accept any text! 3. Absolute slowness on Firefox, but when I try other browsers, the problem is not there.

For many years Firefox has been trouble. I keep on trying it and I end up dumping it.

Why can't Mozilla hire people who CAN do it?

Getting sick of this crap that everything has to have this BLACKNESS crap in it, 13% of the population shoved in everything, You never see Asians, or any other race now, it's always this black crap, everything in now divershittyfied.

What have you people done????????????? I upgraded to this 106.0.1 and you have DISABLED MY ABILITY TO RUN BATCH FILES ON MY COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I refreshed firefox and while refreshed it was saying browser history etc were backed up but when my tabs were restored my browser history and passwords were not appearing anymore.

After downloading the latest version of Fire Fox I cannot block email senders, delete email, or search thru my email account. I can't send a screen shot as nothing shows. There is no error message. It is just that I cannot use my Yahoo email account like I could before the download so I have had to use Chrome with my Yahoo email in order to function. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to fix things? Thank you.

I have had access to the following website through Firefox for many years – no problem. Today, it comes up with the error message and reference indicated below. Nothing I do – cache clearing and the like, makes any difference. Denied access. No other website has been altered in this way. Any thoughts – is this down to you?

When visiting hulu the page is blank and takes a while when going to search bar the results do not show for a minute. It's only happening on firefox and no other browser.
