I just bought an HP Omnidesk M02-0085m PC running Windows 11 Home edition. For some reason Prime video works in other browsers, but in Firefox I get audio and a black screen. I am not using any ad blockers and I have tried toggling performance settings on/off. Any suggestions?

Hi, I need help with an issue related to how my website https://forganica.com/ loads in Firefox. The site works fine on Chrome and mobile browsers, but in Firefox some elements are not rendering correctly and the layout shifts on scroll. Is there a recommended way to debug layout or CSS rendering issues specifically in Firefox? And is there any Firefox-specific setting or developer tool I should check to understand why my site behaves differently?

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

You did an update to Firefox about two weeks ago & now I can't login. Had to call EDD yesterday & today to talk to an IT specialist. She told me that Mozilla never contacted California EDD & for the last two weeks people, myself included haven't been able to login. She told me to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, both of which I absolutely HATE to use. Well guess what I was able to login using Microsoft Edge.

Here's the steps Login They send you a 6 digit text code. You enter the code Then you get a pop up message that something went wrong & call the 833 - 876 - 9333 for the IT dept. Which only takes about 20+ trys to get someone.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? Differences in the display of Firefox and Chrome styles on the website https://aistudio.google.com. In the first photo, Chrome and the styles look as they should, but in the second photo, Firefox and the styles do not work. I understand that this is most likely the fault of Google, which has prioritized optimization for Chrome over full cross-browser compatibility, but are there any solutions to fix this?

My new computer is having issues when I open a page some of the writings are coming out broken up and unreadable and the tech people at my computer company I brought it from says that the problem is the browser and not the driver. This problem only happens in Firefox and not Edge, can you help?

I use default browser and suddenly Firefox can't load website Shopee Try chrome and it load shopee normal. Have try turn off all extension for shopee site. Hope someone can help

New sites online (foxnews.com, newsmax.com and others) will not load comments. Had to remove shield and try several things. Still a problem. Everything before 146.0 worked. I'm sorry I did the upgrade as all this takes too much time.

  For a couple decades now, my favorite browser has been Firefox.

I've manually enabled my Web Cam and Mic in the browser settings to work with Facebook. It seems like Firefox still DOES NOT SUPPORT Facebook 's Video and Voice functionality. Anyone know, if there's a possible fix for this? Is Firefox Software Development Team working to correct this issue and is there a possible projected date on this resolution ?? Please don't hesitate to help me with this technical problem...

I work for a company that integrates with Netsuite via SSO. Users should not be required to reenter their credentials to access the integrated app via a NetSuite subtab. However, this has been an ongoing issue. I thought it had something to do with cookies, but I cannot figure out what is causing this. Here's what happens: A user logs in to Netsuite, looks up a posted document, and clicks on the subtab of the integrated application. They are then prompted to enter their credentials. This prompt keeps repeating whenever the user refreshes a page or opens a tab. It seems like the browser is not retaining or saving the user's credentials. This does not happen to Chrome or Edge users. Is there anything you can do?

When I attempt to log into my ssa.gov account thru either login.gov or id.me with firefox browser i get the following message. "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." I can access both with google or edge. I am running windows 11 with most recent firefox update What do I need to change in my firefox settings?

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

I have an Illustrator file save on Adobe's Creative Cloud. Tried to open it from Illustrator today and got this message (attached). I won't have any Google products on my computer and I'm not totally sure about how much MS Edge would follow me.

Can't figure out why Illustrator wouldn't open or download an Illustrator file. Or why Adobe would direct me to Chrome or Edge.

Not just Adobe products though - my local grocery store wants me to use Chrome to order groceries online.

How do you avoid/deal with Firefox website incompatibilities? This happened on consecutive visits to two different websites today before I posted here.

In the first one, I disabled Ublock, cleared cache and cookies, and the site loaded, I then enabled Ublock with no error prompted.

Then I got a tab crash on Youtube. I wouldn't call tab crashes a daily occurrence for me, but I'm accustomed to them

Gmail tab crash just now. It just happened now with another website tab crash. i'm reverting back to 147.01

Is there any way to get the root of this. The only recent changes I can think of are browser (147.0.2 yesterday) and addon updates. Should I post my list of addons?
