I want to install latest version of Firefox due to come into effect on 14th January but my Mac OS X won't allow it to happen probably because it is out of date and unsupported I would be grateul for help on this please ( I have reached the limit of OS X on my current desktop) Charles

I'm not sure I have the right topic as I didn't see what I will try to say. The problem is when I send an email (googlemail), I cannot insert a photo/picture in the email. The only thing I can do is attach which I do but want it inserted too. This only started happening about 2 weeks ago. It is now to the point where I have to use another browser to get it to work as it should. Any ideas why?

Hello mozilla support team I am Gina I have this problem for about two or three weeks now.I try to watch videos on mozzila firefox and I get gliches and sound dose'nt work.I don't have those problems on vivaldi at least at this moment. I have used Firefox for ages now and love it. I have noticed in the last few months that some functions on some web sites are not able to be accessed. Such as submit, place an order, and the like. I have to use another browser. Is there any reason for this as I really don't like to use any other browser other than Firefox but it seems to be that I have to. Is there some way that I can get around this?

When using firefox, and only when using firefox, I experience quite a lot of lag when using "google docs" (https://docs.google.com) and only when using "google docs", eg. this does not apply to, say, MS Word or google presentations.

Like I said this only applies to firefox, meaning google chrome and microsoft edge both work fine.

Here are some of the troubleshooting steps I've tried, without success:

  Launching in troubleshooting mode

  Disabling 0-RTT

  Disabling hardware acceleration

These issues do not appear on my machine at home, which also uses firefox, that however is a different version of Windows, an AMD cpu and a dedicated GPU instead of integrated, so idk if that narrows it down even one bit...

The computer on which the issues appear on is a HP Spectre x360 14, which if you don't want to search it up means I have 32gb of RAM @ ~7500MT/s, and an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H as my CPU.

I'd love to keep using firefox without having to fire up chrome every time i need to write/edit a document, which, as a student, is quite often...

I cannot open my emails. I've been opening it for years and last week I lost the ability to open my emails for Bellsouth.net

I just upgraded my Dell desktop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Virtually all software works fine, and I can sign into Yahoo / ATT email using MS Edge, but when I attempt to sign into Yahoo email via Firefox, sign-in fails and says "something has gone wrong". I am stuck. Any suggestions on how to fix this bug??
