I need to install Firefox in this computer. Is not working, I need this to play my Farmville2 is still no work. Please do something, I need this. att. Raquel R Orlang

All my bookmarks and saved passwords are gone when Firefox updated. It usually brings the bookmarks over, now I have to rebuild these manually. Help please. I tried reading the help but not really getting anywhere.

Firefox is the only browser that I cannot load a site.

With firefox I get: Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to licensing.nypdonline.org. Peer’s Certificate has been revoked.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

All other browsers see the site as OK

Since the latest upgrade (I now have Firefox 105.0.1) I can't upload many web pages on Firefox. If I close Firefox then open it again, the site usually loads. However, I have to repeat the process for other sites. I'm spending all my time closing and opening Firefox. Can anyone help? The problem has only arisen over the last few days.

I am unable to login to my Network Solutions email using my FIREFOX browser (which is my "go to" browser). I can login on MICROSOFT EDGE but I do all my personal and business activity on FIREFOX.

Please tell me how to fix this. I am a PC, not a mac. If i leave gmail for an instant, I have to go through a long routine to get back in. I do check the box that says remember me on this computer. This does not happen on my phone. I love Firefox and don't want to use another browser.

Firefox will no longer load. Task manager shows it is running, but nothing comes up on screen. All of this seemed to have started when I downloaded Thunderbird, which I have also deleted off the computer. That is the only thing I have downloaded on this computer. I have noticed a white box appears on screen, bottom right corner every time I try to open Firefox. Nothing is in the box. I have deleted and reinstalled the software. Nothing seems to work.

My system is Windows 10

I'm not sure if this is related to the most recent Firefox version or the most recent MacOS version.

Suddenly I get the "Firefox (not responding)" status when trying to download files when:

1. the "Always ask you where to save files" checkbox is checked OR
2. when trying to change the default folder where files should be saved to.

Dowloading to the default downloads folder is in order and files download just fine.

Update: I just tried to upload a profile pic to my Firefox account and the same thing happened - it looks like a permissions issue, probably related to latest MacOS?

In JavaScript I did addEventListener('storage', ...), and it's working fine as long as I use localStorage.setItem(), .removeItem(), or .clear(). However, when I use the "Clear Data..." button under "Settings | Privacy and Security" it seems the event does not fire. I noticed that in Chrome the corresponding settings option to clear all data does fire the storage listener, and this is the behavior I'm looking for.

Uninstall for Firefox does not work. 

When I try to uninstall a "refresh" window opens.

I do not want to refresh, just uninstall.

Whatever process I try yields the same result.

On 19 Sept 2022, upon booting my Macbook Pro, Acronis popped up a message to advise that Firefox was infected with ransomware. It listed the files and asked if I wanted to delete or quarantine the files. I elected to quarantine them so that I could investigate the claim/issue. Acronis reported that the files were now quarantined. From that point on, I could not launch Firefox. I deleted the app, and downloaded the latest FF from Mozilla and installed it. When I attempt to launch it, a popup states that I do not have the required permission to launch the app. (see image) I have checked Acronis and have taken a screen shot of the problem files (see image). In an effort to clear the Macbook Pro of any residual issues, I ran a full scan with CleanMyMac X MAS, and cleared all caches and redundant files. This ran and reported the job done and zero malware found. Kaspersky Total also reports no malware found. I downloaded the current Mac release of FF again and installed it, but still cannot launch it because I don’t have the relevant permissions. The app properties have been checked and as Admin, I have all relevant permissions. However I still cannot launch FF browser. Any advice/recommendations would be welcome, as Firefox is my main browser, after Safari.

Clicking to open a tab browsing usually results in about:blank appearing on the task bar. This always occurs in a gmail page. In addition, some websites are very slow to open.

Good morning, I have problem with printing on Firefox. On the earlier version view in the filed printers look:" name_printer on print server" but now its look: "\\print_server\name_printer". Please check this because this problem occurs in many users in my company.

Hello. All of a sudden i have been getting prompts just before completing gmail sign is asking if i want to switch to html or default.I chose default,tried to sign in again,and got this legacy version of gmail with messages being listed in html format which is brutal.What caused this ? how do i get it back to the way its always been? Whats going on with this,and why is this even happening? Its also saying i used a tablet or mobile device to sign in twice,and i dont ever do that. How can i get it back to the way its always been? Have tried googling all of this but it happens on its own,and sometimes it doesn,t after i sign out of the html ,and reboot,but its unpredictable,and its like stuff has been altered. Thankyou.
