ver: 134.0.1 Windows 10 Pro I have Firefox set to open filetype PDF in Browser. Normally I use IDM which automatically download PDFs, unless I press ALT key while clicking DOWNLOAD button, then it does not, in order to allow Firefox to handle the PDF.

Firefox presently does nothing. With filetype setting set to Open in Browser, Firefox Does nothing. If settings are set to Ask, it does not ask. The PDF filename appears at bottom of screen momentarily.

ver: 115.19.0esr Windows 7 Utl 7601 The exact same behaviour was also seen on a Windows 7 system running Firefox 115.19.0esr. PDF is also set there to "Open in Firefox". Again, when ALT pressed when clicking Download button, Firefox does nothing.

I and others have talked about this with Mozilla. There is no way to turn off the "Sign in with Google" pop up prompt that occurs with almost every website. One has to close it manually. It really sucks! I love firefox, but have moved to Chrome to avoid this distasteful issue.

Why are my 3 rows of Home page tabs now so small? I can go to about:config, search for browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabLayouts.variant-b and change to false and tabs are back to large. However, they soon revert back to very small. How can I keep them large?

I'm not sure if I'm in the right area. I can't add a new bookmark to a folder. It just started. I do have trembling hands so it it possible that I may changed a setting accidentally. No matter how many times I've tried to bookmark a tab, I can't add it to a folder. This has really gotten me frustrated.

I have an account with Chewy. When I try to access the link to "My Pet" I receive this message:

400 Bad request Your browser sent an invalid request.

I don't understand why or how to correct it.

Currently, I can enter the IP and port address in the network settings, but I am unsure how to include authentication details, such as a username and password, for proxies that require them. Is this feature natively supported in Firefox, and if so, could you please guide me through the steps to set it up?

I can not get rid of the pink background in the address bar, search box or background space of yahoo mail. I can not find the revert to default theme as previous post from several years ago suggested as a solution.
