For some reason Firefox is now displaying in some strange langue. I have gone to settings, langues and have English selected. This should have corrected the problem but it has not. I have gone through the alternate langues menu and have what I believe to be English CA selected. Still a problem?

What else can I do?

A few days ago a friend set up a new computer for me which has Windows 11. I thought he installed Mozilla Firefox for Windows 11, but I'm not sure if he did it correctly. How do I find out if it was installed for Windows 11? Thank you!

Bank has changed access requirements to require geo-location when logging into account. Under Firefox settings, I found the geo-location settings screen; however, have not found how to add my bank's website for the purposes of allowing access to my geo-location when accessing their online banking services.

The only options listed were to delete 2 listed websites with geo-location access.

There is no add button to allow geo-location access when logging into my bank account?

Fist I HATE IT when sites try to answer all my damn questions before I can ask. NEVER IS WHAT I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT!!! Second WHY make it so Hard to ask a question???? Have to jump through all the damn loophole. Third why can't I use voice to text. THAT WAS THE SIMPLE MAIN QUESTION ⁉️

A setting I would like to change in both Firefox Beta and Thunderbird Beta is "grayed out" and has a lock next to it preventing change. What configuration file(s) do I look for to find where they have been locked, so I can unlock them and change the setting? Thank you.

Firefox for linux ubuntu is what I'm using on my laptop. I installed browsec VPN and it does not launch. I've used this before linux mint and I did not have any problems.

I have Firefox 115.1.0esr on Windows 7 desk top PC. When I try to log in to my Comcast Xfinity online account they say my browser certificate is invalid and I can't log in. Any suggestions? Thanks

Is there any way to view devices that have previously been connected to my firefox account if they are no longer connected? My phone and laptop were stolen and I'm trying to find the IMEI of the phone.

I finally somehow was able to get in my Google account, however i don't know what my password is. Is there a way to seeing my current Google password without signing out,because i'm afraid of not getting back in. Pleas help me. I know that this is a weird question, Thank you.

All of a sudden when using firefox the keyboard would enter wrong letters than what was entered on the keyboard. It would repeat a specific list of letters, symbols, and numbers. What has happened?

I'm getting the message Device simulation changes require a reload to fully apply. Automatic reloads are disabled by default to avoid losing any changes in DevTools. You can enable reloading via the Settings menu.

I've looked through all the settings, searched for reload and still found no way to enable this. Googling it brings up answers from years ago that are clearly out of date. Where can I currently find this setting?

I am disabled and have been using Dragon for writing and reading for more than 20 years. With the new update I cannot install the Dragon extension into Firefox and the longer. This means I will be no longer able to use Firefox as my web browser. This means I will be going to another editor! This is a shame because I've used Firefox even before it was Firefox! (Netscape)
