I accidentally clicked remember on my credit card when checking out from a cite. I do not understand how to delete it. Every guide online says there is a tab under "Privacy & Security", but when I look for it it does not exist. I have tried searching, cross-referencing its placement in the menu from the videos, but I cant find it. I've cleared my data from the last 2 hours, but still no difference. From the videos it should be between Password and History, but the setting is not there.

Hello I have an issue going on with the autofill info that I use. When I type my name, my 1st name comes out fine but when I type my last name it's now a misspelled last name. Seems like it all started with a new banking company that I'm with now. I 1st notice it there and I had to fill out forms to correct the info with them and it was kind of a hassle. I noticed that there was one extra letter added to my last name when I looking at my account info. Maybe when I was initially filling out my personal info with them, I might have spelled my last name incorrectly. I'm not sure. Sometimes I type words wrong. I'm not the greatest at typing. But since then I've noticed my auto fill info, my last name, has been bringing up that same incorrect last name. How can I fix that. I see solutions for editing addresses and passwords but nothing about names, personal info. Anybody know how I can fix this. It has become a nuisance. Thank you ahead of time.

there is a payment methods label in settings but thats is. its just a label under it immediately comes save addresses from other articles i can see that there should be a saved cards button but i have nothing why?

The answer was this: Disable "Suggest Firefox Relay email masks to protect your email address" in "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Passwords".

But I already have this setting disabled. The popup still comes up. (BTW it's in "Preferences -> Privacy & Secutiry ->Passwords". The popup still comes up.

I have Linux OS Mint Cinnammon 22.2 and firefox 145.0.2 I have ticked "Save and auto-fill payment info" and my credit card ## are recorded. When I want to pay, the default credit card ## appear correctly, but if I click on them to apply, nothing happens. Every time I have to re-enter all the numbers ! Many thanks for your answer.

I need to manage my payment methods but the option is no longer present in the settings/privacy and security.

How to do firefox manages them enccore since the filling still works in case of purchase but I have to modify one so I need help.

when using the built-in Payment Methods feature in Firefox, I find it quite difficult to distinguish between multiple saved cards, especially when they are visually very similar.

In my case, I’m working with several Stripe test cards for development, and they often only differ in subtle details (like the last digits). This makes it easy to pick the wrong card during checkout or testing.

Is there currently a way to add a custom description or label to a saved payment card (for example “Stripe test – successful payment” or “Stripe test – 3D Secure”) that would be shown in the card selection dialog?

If not, is this something that’s planned or already discussed as a potential improvement? From a developer’s perspective, this would be a big usability win.

The documentation for credit card autofill states that, as a precaution CVV numbers will not be retained. Which seems to be a reasonable precaution. However I find when using autofill, that after I have entered my system password, and autofill has displayed the card number and expiration date, that a mouse click in the CVV box will cause the CVV number to be displayed in a mouseable choice box.

Is this a bug? Or an "undocumented feature"? Or simply a matter of obsolete documentation?

I also note that, when recently logging into my local library account, which uses 14-digit account identifiers, that credit card autofill asked if I wanted to save that "payment information".

Going to enter payment method on website and the auto filled credit cards queue up, when a card is sellected and clicked it will not fill in on the website. They area but will not load on the website

I use a MAC. How do I delete unwanted email auto-fills. Some are old, some have typos...... Every time I fill in my email on a form I have to sift through several outdated emails

Hello why my firefox installation 1440b6 64 bit on windows 10 do not autocomplete the third field in a form login ..

namely , username and identification password are correctly filled , but the third field (that in my case are named "company ID") would not, it remain empty, and i need to manually fill in each time. Actually this happen only on a one site , but may be because only this site that i use have a three field to fill in the login page...all the others need only password and username

The autofill card details isn't working. When I try to I get the message "You have no saved cards."

When I go into the Privacy & Security tab I can see that I have a number of cards saved correctly.

I want to know how to stop auto-fill on any form and also prevent drop-down menus keeping email addresses or anything else, like passwords. I hate drop-down menus with info on them and , also, doing auto-fill.

Please offer suggestions. I have not had success researching on my own.
