Hi, The program SEEMS to start but Firefox does not load one singel page. I get no errormessage but firefox does not even try to open pages.

Also, if I try to go into "settings" nothing happens (no errormessage, but settings does not open).

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. Does not help.

If I try some other bowser everything works fine. The problem started after I did a total uninstallation of Office365 (does not need to be depending on it but it could be a connection).

Have searched the web without finding a solution and now I ask for help here, I really do want to keep using Firefox but currently it is impossible.

Can not download anything. (Download failed) I have tried every single solution mentioned, resetting, changing download folder, reinstall, and even config options step by step. Since reinstalled the firefox, now can not even install any extensions.

My tabs toolbar does not extend across the entire laptop screen. Looks like it stops halfway, regardless of how many tabs are open. As tab number increases individual tab space narrows. How can I increase width to occupy full screen?

One time, when using MAC I accidentally set a website to always open in a different container. Now any time I attempt to launch this website, I receive the MAC prompt "Open this site in your assigned container?", where I have two options: Open in Current Container and Open in Assigned Container. There is also a checkbox labeled "Remember my decision for this site", however even if I tick this checkbox and select Open in Current Container, I still get this same prompt every subsequent time I visit this website.

Firefox updated and now my tabs are above the address bar, I hate it. I have went through all the information I could and created a new chrome folder, downloaded the css and changed user preferences but it sets the tabs to the bottom of the screen not just below the address bar. I think I need a different set of code for the css but cant find a copy. Does anyone know what to do?

I use Firefox 95.0 on Windows 10 professional. Problem: save any webpage as test.htm "Web page, complete" and you get a file named test.htm and a folder named test_files. Good, this is what I want. When I delete the folder it deletes the file above the folder without my permission and vice versa. This is clearly wrong. I don't know if this is a bug in Windows or Firefox, but this is not how files and folders should behave.

When double clicking on an email msg in Outlook, Firefox opens a new pop up screen, but it is blank. Using EDGE (and with same add ons), and doing the same thing, it works and am able to see my email message. How come Firefox doesn't do same?

My Firefox bookmark menus are often taller than my screen.

When I select a bookmark well down in the current menu by typing a letter, for example "T", the menu display scrolls down to the first matching choice, but that choice can be mostly covered by the down-caret indicating more choices further down. I can see the top of the highlight for the current choice, but I can't read the text of the choice.

Not a big deal, but I'm hoping it's an easy fix. Thank you!

I cannot access my microsoft account from firefox as the message below. I have another PC where this work without problems and I ahve compared settings to be the same.

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to account.microsoft.com. The OCSP response does not include a status for the certificate being verified.

Downloading files has broken in one of my Firefox installations. It coincidentally happened at the time that Firefox 94.0.2 had download the 95.0 update but I had not yet restarted. I don't know if this is relevant because I've updated Firefox on another PC and I don't have the same problem.

Clicking on any download link fails where I would expect the browser to give me a choice of Opening/Saving the file. The actual file is download correctly into AppData\Local\Temp but with a .part suffix. It just never appears in the download manager. The temporary file just sits there.

If I right-click and Save Link As, this works fine. However this doesn't always work when some sites implement a redirect that points to the actual file.It's the same if I try in a private window. I disabled all add-ons but that didn't help.

Ive seen numerous articles discussed on OCSP issues but they all seem to be coming from Website developers.

I am but a simple user trying to download the Microsoft suite of apps however am greeted with this lovely message that I cant seem to find any relatable solutions anywhere?

Could it be related to my Wifi Setup? Had to connect directly to a range extender as this sad sack of a PC doesnt have a built in Wifi Module.

Is there a hidden treasure im yet to find in the developer options? Any advice will do.

I don't want to save my Firefox profile on removable media and leave it accessible to anyone around the house. I don't want to use my iCloud to store it either, because files in iCloud drive aren't end-to-end encrypted; they're encrypted, but Apple holds the keys. I can store attachments in Bitwarden, and my plan comes with enough room to store regular backups of my Firefox profile. If I want to attach the entire profile folder (not all the individual files separately) in one shot, I have to make a zip folder first, and then I can attach it to the Firefox log-in entry in my Bitwarden password manager. Will the backup work correctly if I store it like this? I mean, if I restore a backup after extracting it from a zipped file/folder, will it work correctly, uncorrupted, etc?

I used to use Spotify web player to listen music,but I can not do it anymore yesterday. And it keeps showing the premium page that ask me to pay for it,even I click refresh or review 2021 best songs,it won't work properly. And I use Edge to try it again,then Edge works fine,by the way,I already clear cache and cookies,also restart Firefox multiple times,and even try the private mode and remove all my add-ons,still not working. Microsoft stream doesn't work (specifically watching a video) , i tried reloading a bunch of times but it still wouldn't work. I went on my phone to the firefox browser and tried to watch that stream on there, but that didn't work either. Please help and thank you. Uploaded photo is what it looked like on my phone

I want Firefox to save files without asking. I need it for E2E test automation, recentyl something has to change in update because even in GUI I don't see an option to remember my choice. In case of E2E framework I had a setting which was working but now stopped to work:

How to do it today?

My desktop PC broke (hard drives are OK). I got a new PC with Windows 11 and the former C: drive is now the G: drive.

I installed Firefox and I need to get all my bookmarks back. I can find my old profile on the G: drive in .../appdata/local/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles and I tried replacing the new Firefox profile on C: with the old one from the G: drive, but Firefox just keeps creating a new one and ignoring the old one.

There are years of bookmarks there I'd really like to get them back.

Since the last update my email account with comcast.net was totally messed up. I finally did a system restore to an earlier date, but there is still at least one email I am unable to get. It is amazingfacts.org.

This version 95.0-64 bit, has issues with Office.com URL running on Windows 10. I am able to log in; however, once I enter my password and press OK...windows is ALL WHITE. Nothing is being displayed.

I compared this to Chrome to see if there were issues on the Microsoft side and Chrome is working normally. I was hoping to attach a snip; however, file upload isn't working....it just spins forever.

This was working just fine on Friday. BTW...OS Updates are current.

Very recently I've noticed that Firefox(v95.0) is giving me an error for the Microsoft documentation site https://msdn.microsoft.com/.

I use this site almost daily and have not had any trouble, and it appears to be fine on other browsers like Chrome and Edge.

Has there been a new setting changed or added recently that I can enable/disable to allow this site through?
