Certain websites can be reached and displayed, however when using their page search, it says access denied on this server. I've tried using another browser but the same message comes up. However, on my phone, and tablets, I have no problem.

I was in contact with Bitdefender Support and they suggested the following:

If Facebook still won't open, open Bitdefender and:
  - Go to Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Settings.
  - Turn OFF "Encrypted Web Scan" temporarily.
  - Now reload Facebook in Firefox.

Afterwards, I also had to click on "Messenger" to get all my contacts.

This is temporary since before FF 150, Bitdefender ran with "Encrypted Web Scan", and I had no problem in loading Facebook. So something that changed in FF 150 conflicts with Bitdefender's "Encrypted Web Scan".

How do I remove "firefox browser being managed by your organisation" . I have looked at several posts and don't understand a word of it. I recently re-installed Firefox and lost all my passwords but still have bookmarks, every time I turn off firefox it forgets my account sign in, I then get an email to say I have signged in on a new device. I suspect it is the Norton 360 security software. Please can someone explain in simple terms how to remove it. I have tried contacting Norton but their support is worse than Microsoft.

Every new version of firefox just gets slower and slower. Now with version 152.4, I try to load a website, it just continuously tries to load, doesn't even if load the page just has those 3 dots to indicate it is loading. Nothing ever loads

I am starting to think switching from firefox is necessary at this point because no other browser has this issue like firefox. No other browser consumes a ridiculous amount of memory like firefox does.

I did adjustments to my anti-virus as recommended, did the settings changes on firefox to speed it up as recommended, still same issue.

When you guys create a new update, please focus on speed over security and ensure it loads faster. I am likely going to revert back to an older update or switch browsers, because I don't care about security so much as actually loading a website.

I was tracing some network activity for an unrelated issue and noticed that when FF starts up it immediately makes multiple TCP connections to livejasmin.com. I have this site blocked by the Windows Firewall and have the host file direct it to 127.0.0.1 so nothing is actually going in or out, but why is FF doing this and how can I fix whatever was done to enable this happening?

I have cleared all cookies and cache, and disabled all addons, and even started in safe mode, but regardless of what I do the very 1st connections that FF makes are always to livejasmin.com, which is obviously not a legit place for FF to be doing any of its routine updates or optimization tasks. My home page is https://google.com and the livejasmin.com connections appear before the 1st attempt to connect to google so this is clearly something malicious that found a way to get into FF early in the startup process.

I have also run 2 different scans tools on the entire computer and both found nothing. I have reviewed all the running processes and do not see anything suspicious either. I do not see this issue with Chrome or Edge, just FF which is my primary browser. All browsers are updated to the latest version as well as the WIN10 OS.

I have also removed my profile and started FF up without the profile, and I noticed the livejasmin.com connections again while the FF "your profile cannot be found" error message popped up. When I had FF make a new profile and set it as the default the same connections to livejasmin.com were made when I restarted FF with the new profile. So it is not tied to my profile.

Firefox only works properly if my VPN location is in Canada, but I'm in the US. If I switch my VPN to a US location (where I live), Firefox often does not work properly. I get news, ads, etc., that assume I'm Canadian. And often a website will not open. I need my VPN location in the US to access any site I normally do.

One specific cache entry always contains a trojan virus everytime I run an anti virus check. I can't say where this cache comes from as it appears even if I don't open a single new website. I delete it but it appears everytime I use the Browser again, even multiple times during one session. It is always the same entry code. Is there a way to block a specific cache entry or at least to discern where it originates?

Here is what ion the settings page under the general tab, system has been disabled by system administrator. I don't have a administrator. I can't get anywhere using terminal. Looks like someone is controlling things. I did finally get over to my latest new email address, [edited] @protonmail.com. Do you think I will have to erase the HDrive and start over. And than who knows how that will work. What do you think ? Thanks Gary

when visiting websites using my vpn firefox blocks my entry. I have to disconnect my vpn to allow entry to sites. ive tries numerous fixes and nothing works its frustrating.

I get a pop-up saying ww25.cloudflare-ipfs.io is a phishing site should I just block it or add it to the exceptions list. Also is it required for firefox to work properly

I'm using Windows 10 on a PC. Norton Security app is preventing web browsing by Firefox. The message I get is: "We prevented your connection to ful.hartonly.com because it is a dangerous webpage. Threat category: URL:Blacklist" I can still web browse using Google Chrome without any problem. What is ful.hartonly.com and how do I clear it?

Firefox is not allowing me to reach links to medical portal websites to set up accounts saying they can't reach the site and perhaps a firewall is blocking it. I have other accounts on this same portal... HELP please.

I use a VPN when I access the web and I recently updated my OS (Mac OS Tahoe). I updated Firefox and now DNS over HTTPS (DoH) is enabled in Firefox. When I have my VPN enabled, I cannot access the web, there is some problem with DNS resolution. I have changed my Firefox DoH settings to Standard (I have also used Strict) and have typically been unable to resolve web URLs correctly. There have been a few times that I have been able to use 'Standard' DoH strictness / settings and also use the VPN successfully at the same time, but typically when I have the VPN enabled Firefox cannot access whichever 'mozilla.cloudflare' address it is attempting to use for DNS resolution.

The VPN vendor suggested always using the VPN's DNS resolver. I have done this and I still have the same problem. What should I do to ensure that I have secure DNS and can successfully use a VPN?
