I got a new Windows 11 Dell XPS laptop computer and installed the latest Firefox (v133) on it. On my old computer, it was supposedly syncing/saving the bookmarks in the Mozilla cloud or somewhere. However when I try "Import" on the bookmarks panel, it only offers to import Microsoft Edge bookmarks. When I follow the help docs on this forum, it says to use the hamburger menu to go to bookmarks and then to "Manage Bookmarks" which took me a while to find since it's at the very far bottom of the Bookmarks window, not near the three menu items at the top. Anyway, it brings up a window with more bookmark items but they all seem to deal with my current computer and installation of Firefox, which has only a very few default bookmarks. I do not see anything related to bookmarks synced with the cloud. I am logged into Mozilla on the new computer. I do not have an HTML backup file available, since I thought that the bookmarks would be backed up to the cloud and I could always get them there. Two questions:

1. 1: Is it possible to get my old bookmarks from the cloud?

1. 2: Is the bookmarks have not been exported to an HTML file, is it somehow able to get them from someplace on the C drive of my old computer? I think it should be possible since the bookmarks must be saved somewhere otherwise, how would it know what the bookmarks are for someone who never exported them to an HTML file? My old computer won't boot due to a power surge but I am able to connect it's hard drive to my new computer and see files on it.

Peoples, Starting yesterday I am unable to open the E-Trade login window. I simply see a blank window with the loading wheel spinning. I use Chrome and it pops right up. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanx, Steve

Hi all -- I have to admit that I am pretty frustrated after Firefox instituted the change to how shortcuts on the homepage operate a year or two ago. They used to be so reliable. Now frequently accessed websites are often missing or there's one row instead of two (despite being set to two obviously).

This is such a basic and important feature. It would be nice if things returned to working flawlessly.

I typed in my code and its not working i downloaded duo and the google authentication app and typed in the codes and its giving me the error message that it cant log me in i want to get back in my account and this is giving me trouble please reach out to me at your earliest convenient

For a long time, while the Number Lock light is "on" on my keyboard, Firefox does not recognize that it's on. This should be a basic binary. 0=0, 1=1. 1 should never equal 0.

I have to got into another program and type numbers there to get it to work. But it doesn't last. I hate it when I'm trying to do something quick and I have to fight with something that I should NEVER have to fight with.

How to I get Firefox to ALWAYS recognize that Number Lock is on when it is on?

SOO! Mozilla is the browser BUT Outlook Hotmail is the messaging app. Did not know that. Assumed they were one in the same company. Over the years I somehow transitioned from Hotmail to Outlook which I assumed are one in the same. It appears my problem of inserting a picture into an email text lays with MS not Mozilla! How do I fix that? Can/should I switch to Mozilla Hotmail or is that automatically Outlook???

Inserting picture in email text does not work. When attempting to drag/Insert picture into email text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears. I have not been able to find a solution. The dragged/Inserted picture always ends up outside the email text box and cannot be moved into it. Firefox 133.03 64-bit is up to date on Windows 10.

Is there a MS forum like Mozilla??? I am not the only person having this problem.

I have saved passwords on my firefox account in my desktop but my hard disk got problem so i reinstalled windows. all data gone.

but when i logged in again in my firefox account then no passwords are being showing up now. How can they be restored

Hello support service I bought another computer, I logged into my account and I lost all the data, usernames and passwords that I had stored in my account. What should I do now? Can you restore them for me please? Please, I had everything stored in my account, I never thought that the information in this program would be lost. My old laptop computer completely died. I installed Firefox on my new computer. However, after signing back into Firefox, my stored passwords and tabs were not available. How do I find/recover saved login passwords and tabs? I am a long-time Firefox user and had a lot of stored information that I assumed would follow my account.
