I recently updated Firefox to the latest version, and ever since, it crashes immediately on startup. I haven’t installed any new extensions or made any significant changes to my system. I’ve tried restarting my computer and reinstalling Firefox, but the issue persists.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Are there any known solutions to fix this crash issue? I really rely on Firefox for my daily browsing, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

When trying to use one particular website on Firefox, I get a message that I am blocked because of an ad blocker but I have not turned on any ad blocker in Firefox. How do I find out if an ad blocker is enabled on my Firefox and, if so, how do I turn it off? I have ensured that the ad blocker option in settings is unchecked and even added this web site to permissions but to no avail. Can someone help? Here is the message I get but none of the steps in this message I am told to take show up on my screen:

No matter what I change in the "normal" settings - Firefox is not loading the page at all.(file:///Users/drew/Downloads/CAM2.html)
In the left bottom corner it only shows "Performing a TLS Handshake with 192.168.2.2". And thats it. Every other browser is able to open the page and show the camera pictures, only Firefox not. Is there a easy fix for this?

After 129.0 update, Hulu streaming quit working. I have other streaming services that still work fine. I tried it on older version of Firefox 115.14.0esr (64bit) (old pc Win 8.1) and it works fine there. Can I go back to an older version of Firefox or is this a known issue with update?
This is the issue, Hulu website loads and allows you to log in. When you try to stream a show, it plays a commercial then freezes.

For the last 2 weeks I started having problems with Firefox working consistently. Sometimes only tabs crash, sometimes Firefox crashes. It is not tied to any actions, a tab can crash even if you don't perform any actions in the browser. I have tried clean install on Fedora and Vanilla OS, native and Flatpak packages. The result is always the same - tabs or Firefox crashes every few minutes.

Hi. For the past few months I have been unable to play samples from the Audible website in Firefox on my android phone. When I click the word "Sample" Audible opens up a new tab with their Web player and I always get an error message that is just a rectangular box with an exclamation mark inside a triangle on the left side of the box. (Screenshot attached.) There are no words inside the box and the only option is to close the tab. Since there is no actual message I'm not sure what the problem is.
Playing samples used to work fine when you could play them within their web page before Audible changed its system. I seem to be able to play samples on Audible's Web player in Chrome, but would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser. I have tried deleting all history, cookies and cache; closing and reopening Firefox; turning phone off and starting again after an hour. I've also tried enabling autoplay, but that made no difference. I was thinking that the issue may be with my other settings within Firefox, but I can't tell. Any help you can provide would be great. I running Windows 10, fully updated, on a laptop. I have been using Firefox browser now for many years, suits my needs and avoid's using Goolges Chrome. My Firefox was updated a in the last few days and it shows as up to date on Version 129.0.1 64bit.
I noticed late last night that when opening a fresh window and enter a search term in either the address bar or the Google search bar, my usual choice of search engine, I hit return and nothing happens. Any text I've input disappears totally. Not at all sure what's going on but have found that if I open a new private window Firefow will act as I'd expect without any issues.
I have two other browsers on my laptop, Edge and also Avast's own offering which both work as expected when I enter a search term. Have never experienced this before with the exception of years ago when malware protection wasn't great. It almost seems as though something is just stopping Firefox from searching anything I enter. I can use the bookmarks just fine and then everything works as usual.
Yesterday I thought that maybe following the new windows culmulative updates I was offered and apparently installed just fine, that I needed to restart which a tried and I thought it had cured the issue. Seems that it hasn't and still having the same issue.
Any idea's or thought's on what the cause of this is?

I have no problem playing videos from any site except for abc.com. For months now these videos just don't play. I've tried removing my ad blockers, cleared the cache & cookies. Still nothing. Until recently this was not a problem. Now I have to resort to using a different browser to watch these videos. It's only when I use FF that I have this problem.

When I am typing, it takes a few seconds every now and then to catch up. Additionally, when I am scrolling, it will be unresponsive for a couple of seconds before jumping to where I supposedly scrolled to. I am using Mint Linux Firefox 128.0.3. As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:
