Recently the reels in my Facebook newsfeed will be black and not play when clicked on. All workarounds have been tried. These included , Restart machine ( laptop Dell Lattitude E 5530)( I know, ancient. Windows 10) go to settings in Firefox, Privacy and Security then clear cookies and cache. This works, the reels play, until I visit another website, then the issue is back. Simply going to Settings and clearing does not work. The entire flow has to be redone. I had my Internet Security remote control and invesigate. Same thing. We uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled to no avail. Is there any fix for this? Thanks. I have an answer to a sent email to my firefox "relay" address and cannot find a way to retrieve it from that "relay" email. How do I access that generated email site?

I wanted to view my full history but that option doesn't show. Using V130.0 464bit Under Privacy and Security I'm showing "Remember History" and the only other thing listed is to "Clear History". No option to view history. Any ideas?

The page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ai-chatbot lacks the list of data shared with the chatbot AI providers. It would be nice to know how it is done, how to review the data, and how pages can provide better data.

I'm concerned about cross-tab privacy. I have a paid Gmail account and recently explicitly removed the Google Sites app from that account as I don't create websites using it and I don't want Google tracking me on sites others create with it.

Using the most current Firefox for Windows and Duck Duck Go for search, I was blocked by Google from bringing up this site, with a message that "I don't have that app installed."

Gmail is open in a separate tab in my Firefox browser. I do power down my PC daily. On this same computer, I opened Bing and the site comes right up.

Why should I be blocked from seeing it in Firefox if I can see it in Bing? Is it because I'm signed in to Google to get to my mailbox in another tab? It appears that way since it is bringing up the same symbol top right as it does in Gmail.

Hello I recently added a Uniswap browser extension to my desktop from your extensions tab. It is a bad program and it has stolen my seed phrase and subsequently all of the crypto from my metamask wallet. How is this allowed to happen?

Often I can't access content indicated by a link in an article or email. I tried turning off the Firefox firewall, but it made no difference. Now I am unable to turn the firewall back on.

I use Firefox for privacy, lack of bloat, and other ethical reasons. For these reasons, I don't want to have the new CEO keep the incorrect idea in his head that the people who use Firefox want AI. Please don't add more AI, if anything--- please remove the AI which has already been added to Firefox which users have to remove themselves. I will dump Firefox if the new CEO continues with this plan.

Every page i go to, whether it's a login page or simply a page where i have an account but just doing research, like reddit, walmart, forbes.com etc. prompts me to sign in with google. I though firefox was storing all my passwords?

I'm trying to setup the new, free VPN that came with the 149.0 update, but the instructions tell me to click on the VPN setup prompt in the top-right corner of of the Firefox toolbar. I don't have this VPN setup prompt.

First of all I would like to know why I have to surrender my personal information to get support. If I get one spam email or text I'm going to be pissed and on here looking for the person(s) responsible.

I have been trying to get Firefox to clean up everything when I close it down,

It is so hard as if purposely a 1000 development team have worked on making it impossible.

When I close it down, it must be completely sanitised, no previous site visits, login names, passwords, suggestions - nothing.

And I should be able to achieve that with one button press, not have to go through a thousand individual settings.

I have now spent an hour checking and unchecking buttons, it is crazy. For example I go to the passwords, I have to delete each and every one individually. Maybe there is another screen somewhere, but when I want to interact with "Passwords" I naturally go to "Passwords".

And still, when I go to gmail, it autofills the gmail account! Where did that come from? I have spent an hour trying to make sure it deletes everything when it closes down.

And it should leave no trace on the PC. no temp files, nothing.
