I am located in Israel, but have set my default display language to English.

Over the past few weeks, when I go from the Google search page (my home screen in Firefox) to Gmail, the "select account" screen displays in Hebrew rather than English. Once I've selected an email account, however, the display reverts to English.

This is a minor annoyance, as I can easily navigate the Hebrew page, but it is a recent change, and I can find no explanation for it.

I have checked to see whether the problem occurs in another browser (Chrome) and it does not.

Any help would be appreciated

I like to keep my bookmarks on the left side of the page. About a week or so ago I did a refresh on my FF due to another issue. So, after that was done I went through and looked at my settings and made the changes to get back to my previous choices. Now when I sign onto FF it opens up to a blank page, which I chose it to do, but my bookmarks are not on the left side. I have to click on my tool bar to put them there and also adjust the width of the size. Before I did the refresh the bookmarks would remain on the start page unless I had closed them before I signed off. I signed on using my wife's profile and the bookmarks remain on the start up "blank" page like they've always done. I did notice on her settings page that the option to always check to make sure FF was the default browser was "not" checked. I went back to my profile settings and the same box "was" checked for the FF default checking but it's shadowed out and I can't change it. I do have my "old" profile data saved if needed. How do I fix this issue where my bookmarks on the left side of the start up page "stays" that way when I close out and the next time I sign on they are still there?

Using Firefox on macOS 15.1 & 15.2 we get into an authentication loop when using a Yubikey with Firmware 5.7.1. This can be tested on the Webauthn.io test page Once you created an account with a PIN and subsequently try to login, you will asked for a PIN over and over agin.

I tried to open my Firefox browser, but was unable to. Same thing with my Google chrome browser. I ran the troubleshooter for network problems, but unable to get a solution.

I downloaded a new Firefox browser in the hopes that it would let me access the other browser so I could retrieve all the settings, bookmarks, etc. However, everything disappeared when the new browser was installing.

Is there any way for me to retrieve that information or is it a total loss?

trying to setup container tabs in settings and there is no "enable containers tab" option box under general>tabs like your support page said https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-use-firefox-containers#w_enable-firefox-containers

cannot load X, this is not an everytime occurance, super random. Perhaps half of my attempts to load the page it is interupted by an error.

Good day, Last update of Firefox "131.0.2", I faced an issue mentioned in the attached below. Lines of text or numbers are overlayed over each other. I downgraded to Firefox "128.3.1esr" and the problem is resolved. Now I'm staying on the older version till the issue is resolved. I am in the pharmaceutical industry and using ectd program, which is producing an xml backbone (directories) containing pharmaceutical information (pdfs). Only internet explorer can show this. Chrome has recently lost this ability. Firefox shows only some headings, like reading the index.xml only and not detecting the other directories. Is there an option/addon so I can view the contents correctly? I cannot attach the export of the ectd program (index.html & backbone/directories) so you can see to what I refer to, only the pics.

Every time I open Firefox recently, and the Yahoo.com web page starts up, I get an annoying prompt from global privacy control, that asks to allow or not allow. IT'S ANNOYING. I went into the settings for that apparent add on feature, that I DIDN'T add, and set all 5 settings to FALSE, but the program still pops up. It ALSO screws up the format of the Firefox web page, and shows the Yahoo News feed totally different and it's also VERY ANNOYING HOW do I totally get rid of the global privacy control? I can select the Firefox settings under security to tell web pages to not sell the info, as far as I know, correct, so I don't need the retarded global add on? ?? I want Firefox news feed like it was before the update. Thank you very much... HOPEFULLY!

Recently, the Firefox browser stopped working. Specifically for me, Costco's website, and Aetna. I believe the issue could be that those websites require that the location is confirmed, but no pop is generated, thus causing the website to not work with Firefox. Please help me, as your browser is the best.

is just wanted to know if the new feature "Users in the United States and Canada can view local weather directly on the new tab page. Additionally, they have the option to select a specific location to see current weather conditions.", which was released with the version 130.0 also comes to europe someday?
