Hi all I like to show the bookmark toolbar in fullscreen mode. I have enabled "show always" but it does not show in fullscreen mode. On old firefox versions i could create a userChrome.css file and then it worked. But it looks like this is not possible with never (130.0.1 ATM) versions. May be the code has changed? I do not have the box checked to update address, yet the pop up to update address continuously pops up. How do I get rid of this. It is extremely annoying and time consuming.

When I try and log into the National Lottery it keeps telling me I'm not in the UK. This is on my Desk Top.

When I do it on my Laptop I don't have this problem. I am using FireFox on both.

Can you help or do I need to go elsewhere.

upload screen issue

Support, am having issues with uploading any attachment from firefox. the issue just started since about 3 days ago. but do not have such issues on chrome.

WHEN I DOWNLOADED A PDF FILE IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY SAVED AT FILE DOWNLOADS. MAYBE I ACCIDENTALLY PRESS SOMETHING AND NOW WHEN I PRESS DOWNLOAD IT OPENS THE FILE AT A NEW TAB. TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT PLEASE

I have latest version of Firefox for Windows 10 and about 2 weeks ago the Last Pass extension from your website stopped loading correctly. The extension installs in the toolbar, but does not work. It partially loads and then freezes up. I was able to resolve by removing extension and then going to Last Pass's website and downloading their Last Pass 4.0. Your extension is messed up. Tom Weaver

Pressing Alt in Firefox in Linux (Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Linux Mint 22.xx) brings up a top menu, which is hugely annoying as I'm always trying to to a window action if I'm pressing Alt.

The suggested solution is to go to about:config and change ui.key.menuAccessKeyFocuses to "false".

But this keeps reverting itself. (Between every other reboot?). Alt will again bring up this menu.

How can I permanently disable this shortcut?

When using web video conferencing services (Google Meet, Teams, etc.) that run in the browser, on a Windows system, Firefox only offers a single output device: the system-configured Default Device. It does not offer the system-configured Default Communication Device. (I can swap the default before a call, but that is cumbersome at the end of the day.)

In this instance, the default is the speakers built into my screen, through HDMI. The communication default is my headset, which also provides the microphone (which is recognised and works fine).

The issue is not experienced with Chrome (the only other tried). It has been an issue through many years, on multiple machines, with various default sudio out devices attached.

Hi Just a quick one, I am using a VPN but everytime I open my browser I get bombarded with this dam acatcha and it takes ages to clear it, please there is bound to be away I can turn this off.......

my old computer died, but I was able to recover my hard drive to another dish, however I do not know what to search for on that disk to get my old firefox profile which has all of my bookmarks etc.

When i try log into office.com for example i get the attached error, i have troubleshot with MS support, they cannot resolve it, the websites works on newly installed browsers, but the two installed browsers, safari and mozilla do not work, cleared cache, history etc and also reinstalled, no luck, please advise re the issue happening on firefox and if you can resolve it we will contact apple for the safari issue

ms believe it is a browser problem which it could be but two browsers stopped working at the same time and only newly installed browsers that have never been on the mahcine work, reinstalled old browsers do not work

Frequently, I notice on Youtube the UI just freezes entirely for ~1-5 seconds, usually periodically. I've measured it most recently around every 10 seconds or so (manual stopwatch in another tab, so a little faster or slower possible).

When in this state, I can often notice it frequently: on hovering over buttons the UI does not highlight them, the video controls will not appear, or the page will not fill the screen on resize, can't click into search, etc. Basically just full page freeze except for media playback.

It's disappeared and come back a few times, but tends to be more often there than not. This occurs on every page of Youtube. I've tried disabling basically all my extensions and refreshing the page without any change.

There are two websites that I have been connecting to for years using Firefox in Windows 11. Recently, Firefox has not been able to connect. With one (https://www.medicare.uhc.com/aarp), I can see it trying to connect but it just never happens. Another (auth2.care360.com) gives the message "An error occurred during a connection to auth2.care360.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR". Firefox is my primary browser. When I use Edge there is no issue connecting to either of these sites. I have not installed any new security software since the issues started and have always taken standard software updates.

After having been "On th' Net", for approx. 6 hours earlier today, with No Issues,......About an hour ago, (And No,.... I didn't recieve a Firefox Update today, to the best of my knowledge, although today has been very chaotic & stressful),....I tried to open a PDF, of which I view on the Firefox Browser, & I got a "Couldn't load XPCOM."

I then "Right Clicked" the Firefox icon & tried to open Firefox as an Administrator, & I got the same message.

I then "Right Clicked" the Firefox icon, & sought the "Refresh Button", But there is none.

The "Installed Browser" for Windows 10, is how I've managed to get to this Forum, of which I do not trust.

My Email is via YAHOO/Frontier, & since I, for the moment, cannot access My email, of which, I'm thinking that to see any replies to this situation that I'm in, that I will have to use YAHOO, so as to access Frontier.

I've seen where situations like this have been occurring, & the most recent that I saw is this:

This can happen in case security software was keeping a handle of some of the files in the Firefox program folder preventing Firefox from replacing all the files. You need to do a clean reinstall and remove the Firefox program folder to ensure that all files are replaced. You may have to disable security software temporarily in case the problem persists.

Will I be able to save All of My Favorites? I have several years of Favorites there & many of them are critically needed. I realize that the Add Ons/Themes/Settings will have to be re-installed/adjusted, but I'm good with that.

Again,... Keeping My Favorites is critical, & "If" they would be deleted, then is there any Possibility of Tech/Engineering accessing My Firefox Folder & saving them?
