I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

I used your built-in VPN for a long time and it really helped me out because I live in Russia and half the internet is inaccessible without your VPN. I want to inform you that your VPN has stopped working for me. That is, if I turn on the VPN and only then will your built-in VPN work, I ask you to fix it so that the VPN works as well as before. Yesterday when I used the Firefox VPN I could select United Kingdom, but today it does not appear in the list of countries available. I need the United Kingdom to access a streaming service.

No web pages are loading when the built in Firefox vpn is on. Worked fine a few days ago and I haven’t changed any settings, still have GB allowance. Just seems to have stopped working. Web pages load fine with it off. Changed browsers and still nothing. On windows 11. Cheers

I've enabled the FireFox VPN in my browser, but it's annoying because I have to turn on the VPN every time I start FireFox! Why does the VPN not start automatically? I've searched all the options, but there doesn't seem to be one to fix this problem.

I just turned on Firefox's free VPN, but I didn't see a way to choose a particular server. I'd like to watch some videos from other countries, but those providers won't let me watch them unless they think I'm in their country. I can do this with other VPNs because I can choose a server that is in that country. Why can't I do that in Firefox? Or can I?

Hello. I have been trying to use the Firefox built-in VPN. I click on the VPN icon, click "get started" and it asks if I would like to continue with my Mozilla account. I click "Continue" and it says I am signed in and to click the VPN icon again to turn on the VPN. When I click the VPN again, it does not give me the option to turn it on. It only shows the "Get Started" button again and starts the process over. (see attached image)

Hi, I am on Firefox version 150, but I can't see the new free VPN button. I wanted to try it out, but I can't see it anywhere in my settings. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am unable to activate the built-in VPN. I am in a loop of getting started -> Activate Firefox’s built-in VPN for extra privacy and protection' then I click 'Continue' and then I get again back to 'get started'. The built-in VPN never activates. I am signed in while doing that and I am using a macbook to run firefox.

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

I live in Europe, where this stupid age verification law is in effect. I get around this by using a VPN. The problem is that I have two Firefox profiles set up with the same VPN and the same country. The issue occurs on X (formerly Twitter). On one profile, the VPN works as it should and I no longer need to verify my age, but on the other profile, the VPN has no effect and X (Twitter) asks me to verify my age. Yet the VPN is definitely enabled. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies, but nothing helps. It’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
