I never received a confirmation code to sync with my other computer. I've tried to followed all the instruction per request, still no avi.

I've followed below instruciton from your team:

   Search your inbox for emails from accounts@firefox.com with the subject line "Confirm your account". Be sure to also check Spam/Junk folders.
   Add accounts@firefox.com to your whitelist/address book. After that you, will need to trigger another confirmation email by trying to sign into your account again.
   Check that you’re using the correct email address. Very often the email you’re trying to sign in with is not the email the account was created with.
   If you're using an email application to check your inbox, try using your email provider's website instead, or vice-versa.
   Disable any VPN or special DNS configuration when attempting to sign into your account

So i was using firefox in Linux recently and now because of linux issues, i switch back to windows. I logged in with same id but sync is not working. I had a long history of passwords, extensions and bookmarks. Also opened tabs and all but the account sync is not working. I even verified if this is the same account i logged in with in linux as i have 2FA and in the app it says this is the email i used for it. Please help me ASAP

So I reformatted my computer today, but the process allowed me to keep all my personal files. I had made a backup in my appdata for all my passwords and bookmarks like Firefox allows when you're in Manage Passwords or Manage Bookmarks. After the formatting, I sign into my Firefox account, and it Syncs almost immediately. When I go into my appdata, the profile has been overwritten by the new sync, meaning all my passwords and bookmarks are now no longer available. Is there legitimately anything I can do??

I originally setup my account under a business email address that I do not operate or have access to that email. When I log in it wants to send a code to the registered email but I don’t have anyway to get that code. How do I bypass this? I’m trying to sync everything to my iPad from my desktop.

How do I sign out of FF on my Iphone? When I attempt to log out of either the computer or the phone it stops sync. I want to be able to use firefox on the phone without having the computer on???!!!

I have an email account blocked (jgcaller129@gmail.com) and have tried the sync tab at the top corner of my computer. It sends a message with a number to this blocked email to unblock it- how am I supposed to get an email from you on a blocked account. How do I unblock this account. I have tried several times with the same result now the icon to sync isn't there anymore. PLEASE HELP This email is very important to me. You can send a reply to an alternate email account (also linked to Firefox -jgcaller15@gmail.com).

Can not sync the bookmarks with my other PC, my account name is glkott@gmail.com and I cant sync bookmarks, favorites, with other PC

I am facing an issue with Firefox Sync. I have logged in using the same Firefox account on my new device (or after reinstalling), but my bookmarks, saved passwords, and other synced data are not appearing.

I have tried signing in again, checked my internet connection, and confirmed that I am using the correct Firefox account. Despite this, nothing is syncing.

Please help me restore my synced data. I would really appreciate your support.

I set up sync, I went thru my old passwords on my Mac browser Firefox and deleted many old/dead ones, expected to see the list on my iPhone Firefox browser to match. Signed in properly on both, pressed sync several times each time showing complete.

I'm still seeing PW's I deleted on my Mac in my Iphone's list...

What could be the problem? I have uBlock Origin ad blocker installed.

I installed firefox on other PC and I logged in with my account. Despite having synchronization for passwords, bookmarks, etc., I can't sync my data on my new PC. Why is that?

I am attempting to think my mobile Firefox with Firefox on my new laptop and it's been following directions and there's no selection no choice to pick what it says I'm supposed to do

I am reaching out to report an issue I am currently facing. I recently changed my device, and upon attempting to sync my Mozilla Firefox account on the new device, I noticed that all my data—including bookmarks and saved passwords—appears to be missing.

Please note that my previous device is no longer in my possession and has been formatted, so I no longer have access to the original data.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering my data and saved logins, as many of them are not stored in any other browser.

I have used Firefox bookmarks via sync for 20 years!! My previous computer is bricked and cannot be accessed. I have a fancy sync code but when I download Firefox on my phone or new computer, it’s like I’m a first time user. It offers me a new sync code but won’t allow me to use what I have. Are my files recoverable? Can I wipe from my old machine too?

I can't get open tabs to sync from my other computer. Bookmarks synced and other info but I don't see anything about tabs from other devices. I've synced both ends, both are logged in and I've selected open tabs in both. Nothing,
