What is this window called? When this window started popping up a couple of months ago, I noticed a couple of odd things happening on a website I go to. It would not let me pay them. It would look like it was going to then a white screen would pop up ans say" if you see this window then you ...........". I then have to pay on the phone or chrome. I have whitelisted the site but still does it.

For first time received email from breach-alerts@mozilla.com. Title is: Your monthly Mozilla Monitor report. Is this a scam? Other people have asked this question and Mozilla Firefox company has not made any attempt to answer these serious questions. If I do not hear back from Mozilla Firefox within a week I might remove Mozilla Firefox and use another company.

Can't log into router. Works with Chrome and Edge 192.168.2.1

Tried this says in the router's Admin page: Access setting page via https://router.asus.com:8443 * Please use port 1024-65535. With and without :80 and :433

hello, i recently went from google browser to firefox, and i want to import my passwords. i did save all my passwords from google browser to .csv file, but when i go to settings>import passwords, it lets me choose the file, i choose my passwords.csv, and then-nothing happens. no loading, browser doesnt stop working, my folder where i choose csv from is just closing, but passwords doesnt import

How would one purge their cookies, search history, tab data while resetting/randomising identifiable information (for example if Firefox were to give each user a serial number or unique tag which it hands to webpages), all without resetting a users a user's browser settings, about:config & browser extensions downloaded (and extension settings). I am using Debian GNU/Linux, so bear in mind that I will be using the most stable version of Firefox on the Debian repos, not the newest version. I do not have a command line phobia, I am willing to do a lot of initial setup & run a specific command every time I launch the browser, even if said command is long. My current system involves rm -rfing the profile on a browser, but this is not optimal because it removes settings & extensions.

i need set a default exception website for pop-up blocker settings fore every firefox install. or completely disable pop-up blocker settings as default.

what can i do for this purpose?

Recently, I have noticed that when using Firefox, if I try to view an embedded YouTube video on sites that I visit regularly, instead of the embedded video playing, I now get a message on the video window that says, "Sign-in to confirm you are not a Bot. However, there is no option to 'sign-in', so I am not able to view the video. (screenshot attached)''

I did a little testing and discovered 2 things which I thought were noteworthy:

1) If I turned-off my VPN (Norton), then the embedded video plays in Firefox without any issues.

2) If I access the same site within the Chrome browser then the embedded video play regardless of whether I have the VPN service On or Off.

Strange, but true !!

I cannot find any Firefox Settings that address this issue.

Any clues?

We use a privacy technology vendor named OneTrust to power much of our privacy infrastructure.

This morning, two websites reported Firefox users are encountering site functionality problems when trying to exercise their privacy rights, such as opting out of sharing data and targeted advertising. My team investigated and was able to reproduce the reported bug.

We discovered the cause of the bug is that Firefox's Privacy Enhanced Mode is by default blocking two domains from our privacy vendor OneTrust which are critical to the functioning of our CMP (Consent Management Platform): - cookielaw.org - onetrust.com

These two domains are used solely for the essential services needed to run our privacy software. They're not used for marketing, sales, or advertising. Blocking them not only causes site functionality issues it keeps our users from being able to exercise their privacy rights.

I've attached two screenshots here showing the network calls and domains.

Can Mozilla please quickly review this bug and remove these two domains from the blocklist powering Privacy Enhanced Mode?

I wanted to view my full history but that option doesn't show. Using V130.0 464bit Under Privacy and Security I'm showing "Remember History" and the only other thing listed is to "Clear History". No option to view history. Any ideas?

I have an answer to a sent email to my firefox "relay" address and cannot find a way to retrieve it from that "relay" email. How do I access that generated email site?

Lately I've had to reload/refresh pages more frequently because of download issues. In order to the in FF I need to press the F5 key. To do the same thing in either Edge or Chrome all I need to do is right click and a little popup screen shows me the reload/refresh right there. Much more convenient to use. FF should use a similar technique.

For highly encrypted messages and sensitive information each time renewed or discovered for the first time cam be very intimidating for certain people. Based on the facts and past experiences, this has become extremely important to discuss and share knowledge with true and trustworthy people only to ours and others peace of mind and safety.

The only reason I have been using firefox all this time because it does not use ai features and has more trustworthy policies for user data. Given the recent ceo change and his opinions about ai features if it is true and ai is added I will stop using this browser and I know a lot of people will also do it.
