All of a sudden, my pages appear in Spanish. When I go to the Translate Page tab and change it from Spanish to English, part of the page still appears in Spanish.

The default language is English, so I don't know how or why it's coming up in Spanish.

I have 5 tabs that point to sites that I use for my job. These tabs sometimes disappear after Firefox upgrades, but sometimes they disappear after rebooting my PC or shutting the browser and reopening it.

Please tell me how to keep this from happening or how to best recover my tabs when they disappear.

I have been a Firefox user since the "beginning" and really don't want to switch browsers. Also I contribute to Mozilla every month amounting to about 60 dollars a year, so I am a believer, but losing and having to recreate these tabs is really a hassle and slows my productivity.

Firefox crashes. I tried to enable safe mode in the browser and there were also crashes. browser updated to latest version bp-a4cfcddb-2647-4541-98b0-912f70240605 bp-d2d0e21d-ec26-4fb4-9bd0-2d97e0240605 The browser crashed 15 times in a day, I’m already tired

The behavior began with fifteen to twenty crash messages appearing. After which the browser would stop responding and be unable to reach out to the internet.

Network connectivity was confirmed as I was able to access my VPN and corporate teams.

I submitted as many crash reports as I could. Eventually the crash reporter ceased to function. The message is:

Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash.

Details: expected value at line 1 column 1

Only a full reboot of the machine restored functionality but only temporarily. It returns after being put into sleep mode.

Running firefox in safe mode does not restore functionality. The behavior persists.

I am fully up to date according to firefox.

I am running a Lenovo Thinkpad Windows 11.

Hello. I am currently having issues trying to log into my student Blackboard account on my college's website. I have played with Firefox's settings quite a bit turning different options and off like pop up blocker trying to get the page to load.I have tried closing and reopening Firefox. I have restarted Firefox, refreshed Firefox, have totally uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it, and have used an older version of Firefox and still cannot get this page to load. At least with Firefox, on this particular computer. My laptop, which I have been using for the last 2 years for college, also has Firefox installed on it, and loaded up the website just fine, as it always has. Also, I am able to load the website perfectly fine, on this specific computer in question, with Microsoft Edge. I was also able to access the website fine with my phone, which uses Dolphin as its browser. So, my issue is either with Firefox, this particular computer, or a combination of the two in conjunction somehow. Because I can access the website just fine with Firefox, on my older laptop, and I can access the website on this particular computer, if I use a different browser than Firefox. Which I would not like to do. I even played around with setting the sites as exceptions in both my firewall and in Firefox itself. Attached is a screenshot of the code received when trying to load it with Firefox on this computer.

in looking at my history I only have dates for Most Recent Visit, nothing for Added or Last Modified. How can I get this information? I added a screenshot showing the (3) columns.

Hi, I'm having issues with Firefox running on macOS. It says "server not found" and I've tried pretty much everything, but it's still not working. I've followed all the steps on the wiki, but nothing has helped. My internet connection is fine, as Safari is running just fine.

All of a sudden I can't access Lowe's or Home Depot web sited from my browser. I get the following message-

You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/" on this server.

Never had this problem before. I get the same message when attempting tp access Home Depot.

Since yesterday I've been unable to sign into Earthlink webmail. I worked with their chat support this morning, clearing cache, history, etc., but no luck. I'm able to sign in on Edge. So Earthlink suggested I contact you.

In the last few days I am getting tabs crashing constantly (Gah. Your tab just crashed). This has never happended before. I have AVG antivirus and have downloaded the newest version of firefox. Is there anything else I can do to stop this happening.

Soooo! everytime I try to open cloudflare, no matter what site it comes from, the connection refuses to go through and I'm only having this problem on firefox, I came from opera gx, had no problems with cloudflare till now!

I have been using Firefox for over a decade. My doctors systems use MyChart for communication with patients. All of a sudden, it takes minutes to load ANY and EVERY page. Their IT says it is Firefox is not compatible with MyChart. Why all of a sudden is it not compatible??? I don't want to use Edge or Chrome....especially edge.

I am tryign to access my firm's MetroBank account through Firefox and, after putting in my login details, I get a blank, white screen. I've tried with the same details through Chrome and it works. I've also disabbled pop up blocking and ad blockers.

Any other tips on what I could look for?

Prompting window for primary password failed to show up after this upgrade.

1. when I opened Firefox, it did not show up. 2. when I opened about:logins, it did not show up but alerted that I should enter primary password to access passwords. There was a "Log in" button after the alert, but nothing happened after I clicked that. 3. I can't access any of my password unless I remove Primary password.

Any idea?

I've seen a few submissions describing the same or similar issues, but is there a consistent, effective way of changing the time zone in Firefox? It keeps defaulting to the wrong time zone (despite everything else on my system displaying the correct time zone) and has been doing so for weeks. Solutions appreciated!

Due to a recent major security breach I started changing all of my passwords on my main desktop, I did not have sync on at the time. I then opened up my work laptop (again unsynced) and decided I should really use the sync feature to transfer my 500+ passwords onto my laptop for when I travel.

When I got home that evening, I turned on the sync feature on my main desktop, unfortunately it pulled all of my compromised passwords from my laptop and overwrote the ones on my main desktop. Is there anyway to restore my pre-sync passwords and ensure that they get transferred to my laptop instead please.

Whenever I go in to sign into Amazon Prime, using Firefox, the sign in page automatically shows my E mail address, my phone no. and my password. I do not have Amazon as a saved log in. I contacted Amazon and they had me log into Amazon on a different browser and this information does not show up on Microsoft Edge, so Amazon said it has something to do with Firefox. Please let me know how I can eliminate this information from showing up automatically on Firefox

I have been facing this issue when accessing Google Drive using Firefox, after selecting a file and clicking on "File information" option the "Details" and Activity" tabs simply don't load, as you can see in these screenshots.

Also, I found this thread also here on Mozilla Support from two years ago that reports the same issue. Apparently the bug was solved but ended up returning in most current versions.

I opened the current thread just to report this bug again. Thanks.

Firefox was logged into my account and synced before migrating computer to Azure AD. After installing and logging into the fresh install of Firefox, there is no data associated with the account. It looks as though it was created today, even though I logged into the pre-existing account. I even have emails to this account from over a year ago.

Any way to recover?

I have been working for Data Annotation for nearly a month and never got this error before. I need this money for rent! I'm trying really hard not to freak out here but today is the deadline for rent and the only way I'll get that money is to log on to this website so I need help and I need it now.
