Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

Hi, how can i sync my account but i have no access to my e mail because it got deleted? I am still able to log into firefox but now it doesnt let me sync. i deleted my email because it disconnected everytime i tried to login to the firefox browser the password was invalid.

Can you help providing a sync from the last 30days. Using a backup computer as my current computer is being repaired and bookmarks/passwords will no sync on this machine

I am unable to recover the original profile files, and this is not me trying to recover that; they are just gone completely so, I can't bring that original profile back to fix this. I have refreshed, uninstalled, signed out, closed the tabs from my sync list, etc, but I can't get this to go away. I don't know what to do.

Need to sync mobile and desktop with Firefox already installed using different email ID. Since new smartphone, thought it was safer. But unable to sync. Do I install new Firefox on mobile? Will I lose some saved sites on mobile?

After using firefox for most of my life i am disappointed with the current service i am receiving. I have recently purchased a new laptop with windows 11 installed & no matter how many times i try my passwords are not being synced. I have imported them from my last device but the only password that is showing is the mozilla firefox account. Please help as i am constantly having to change my passwords as the previous ones are not shown. Thanks

I sent another help request on this subject but that too seems to have gone AWOL so I am trying again.

My passwords are being randomly wiped from my PC yet again but this time, although they are still on my Google Pixel 7 phone, Sync is not working for passwords. Strangely however, tabs are being synced.

I have tried every suggestion that I have found but syncing is just not happening.

To re-cap:- Passwords are not being synced from phone to PC Tabs are being synced between phone and PC.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I just started using Zorin 18 os and downloaded Firefox, signed in, but my bookmarks are not there. I've tried sync and that doesn't work. I've also tried the cmd prompt sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozzillateam/ppa and it says not found.

Anybody else having issues with this feature? It had been working well to send tabs from my tablet and phone to my desktop computer, which I have been doing due to the lame way that FF uses for filing bookmarks into folders on the mobile devices.

A few days ago I started seeing "unable to send" popping up after a delay, instead of "tab sent" which typically appears immediately. Sometimes, the tab is sent even though it says it wasn't and sometimes it will send it after repeated attempts, and other times it doesn't. My wireless network and ISP connection are high speed and reliable.

So far, the problem only appears when trying to send from mobile to desktop. Sending from the desktop to mobile seems to work fine. The problem started while using 147.0.4 and persists after upgrading to 148.

When syncing my account between browsers on other computers Tab Groups do not sync. I have to rebuild Groups in each browser. Also the Groups do not sync. I would like to see colors, tabs and positions sync throughout all browsers.

I've tryed all obvious instructions and my bookmarks toolbar will not sync

I am writing to request assistance with recovering my Firefox Sync data.

I recently reset my PC and after reinstalling Firefox and logging back into my Firefox account, my bookmarks and saved passwords are completely gone. I believe the sync may have overwritten the server-side data with an empty local profile after the reset.

I reinstalled Windows and downloaded the browser again. I logged into my account, turned on synchronization, but none of the data was synced. I am absolutely sure that synchronization was enabled on my old browser. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing helps. Please help me get my data back!

I use several devices with Firefox installed and I find that sync is not always "sync"-ing, or at least not very often. I can confirm I am logged-in the browsers. I do tend to leave my laptops in sleep mode and maybe sync is triggered only at browser closing? Whatever the case, I end up having bookmarks that I deleted from another machine still persisting on another for some reason or adding a bookmark on one laptop and not having it on another even hour later. Would you please take into account the option to sync at certain intervals like minutes, hours etc and let the user pick how often they want this?
