For the last 2-3 day I have been experiencing a box that asks for my signature each time I go to a new website. I can't move the box. I can't screenshot it. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

I do a lot of downloading images in bulk for my neocities website and its really helpful for me to be bale to drag an image from say, tumblr, to my neocities tab and just drop it into the download box. I love Firefox but I couldn't find a way to use this feature, so I downloaded the QuickDrag WE extension, which allows me to drag and drop images from duckduckgo images, but not tumblr.

(for info I'm using Windows 11)

Tell me why I have no sound on Firefox and how to fix it. I do have sound on DuckDuckGo and AVG Secure Browser. I have checked my sound setting 55% and not muted. I have shut down and started laptop, still no sound. I checked Firefox updates and am good.

Hi, I opened Firefox to continue with my work, just to get greeted with a 'start a new profile' page. All my profiles, saved data, history, add-ons and customization, were discconected/removed. Even on my phone it logged me out from my account- logging back in doesnt retrieve my history from my previous sessions on my desktop device.

I tried logging in to my account, checking if theres an 'old firefox' folder on my device or anything like that, but it did not retrieve any of my old data.

Just to clarify, I have not played around with my settings, left or deleted anything, so I really dont understand why I've just came back to nothing.

Was wondering why this happened, how do I know this won't happen in the future, and if, when possible, how can i get all my data back?

Whenever I open a new firefox page externally, such as from the system tray or by opening a link from outside firefox, nothing happens for about five seconds and then it loads normally. When I open a new firefox page internally, such as from file ---> new window or by clicking a link within firefox, it loads instantly like normal. This has been happening since yesterday (3/13/26) evening.

I have already tried all of the following fixes and none have done anything:

Clearing firefox startup cache running firefox in troubleshoot mode running an older version of firefox disabling all my extensions disabling my antivirus disabling hardware acceleration disabling captive portal detection making sure both firefox and windows 11 are fully updated refreshing firefox reinstalling firefox rebooting my PC disabling IPv6 preventing accessibility devices from accessing my browser clearing my cookies

I am unable to sign in due to Firefox reporting ISP FFL website security certificate being revoked. I do not remember my password to try another browser. Please help

I am using Windows 11. everything was fine Thursday the 12th but I did not use the computer at all on the 13th. Updates required a restart this morning. Now when I try to load Firefox and unlock Roboform I get an internal error message - unknown function call.

I open up firefox and the message appears - you must be signed into this network in order to access the internet. BUT i can use the internet. This is not a problem on a W10 machine which I also use.

It looks like my firefox profile got corrupted during a power outage is there a way to repair it or at the very least get back my opened tabs? I had lot of them and it will take a long time to find them all again...

After i installed firefox net jitter somehow appeared in my cs2. every time i play jitter is jumping randomly. Can yall somehow fix this i really enjoy using this browser but i just cant play with it running in the background((((

I had about 15 pinned tabs - unloaded - that I was saving for a research project. I shut my PC down and when powered up for the next session - all the pinned tabs were gone. I never thought to record the tabs via screen shot or something.

Is this normal - what are the limits of pinned tabs ? Do they expire in a day ? When the PC powers down ? When Firefox updates ?

A few weeks ago, I started to get repeated messages from Firefox asking me to make Firefox my default browser. Firefox has been my default browser for years, and I have never made anything else my default browser. Anyway, I followed the prompts and re-selected Firefox as my default browser. A little while would go by (sometimes as little as a minute) and I would again get the prompts to select Firefox as my default browser. This append 20 or 30 times. And, every time it happened, all of my saved passwords disappeared, but would reappear when I re-selected Firefox. In the last week, this situation has gotten a lot worse. Now, the saved passwords don't come back. And, the prompt you usually get when entering passwords to a new site offering to save the password doesn't appear any more. So, the only way I can rebuild my saved passwords is to enter them manually, which I am not going to do because it would take a couple of hours and then I'm pretty sure they would all disappear again. Also, I like to go to my homepage when I open a new tab. Can't do that anymore. When I open a new tab, I get a new private browsing window. I have checked all my settings a dozen times, and they are correct. I have combed your support sites and there is nothing there to help me. I don't want to dump Firefox, but I cannot continue with it behaving as it does now. Is there anyone anywhere in your organization who can help me? Thank you.

What is wrong with firefox! It doesn't work right with benzworld.org a mercedes forum. Page becomes unresponsive, or when clicking a link for a thread it takes incorrect page. Other browsers don't have this problem. Saving a bookmark, it doesn't save. Uninstall, reinstall, same thing.

It is with deep regret to inform you of my discontinuation of the use of Firefox.

My issues began at the beginning of February this year and have continued and compounded to the point that I cannot continue its use. The issues are constantly logging me out of my account, disabling ALL my bookmarks and the loss of well over a hundred passwords. I have followed every help article and community forums help links and to no avail I'm still dealing with all the same issues. I've have to restore my links every time I'm logged out of Mozilla. Their are no passwords to restore except for the Mozilla account I just had to log back into.

Again, I do regret discontinuing its use. I have used this browser for well over a decade and I am not one for changing anything at this point in my life. I'm 67 and having to switch is indescribably painful. I actually think your integration of AI functions are the problem. Everything was just fine before that was introduced.
