I am having some issues and hope to get help from the community when I open a new window and log in to www.somesite.com. and then I open another window[private] and log in to www.somesite.com i would prefer that it doesn't get me the login from the first window.

tried changing numerous settings but still i keep getting the same login from the first window.

I've attached a screenshot of how it should look like

When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

I've tried deleting all history, cache settings. Deleting and reinstalling Firefox. Backing up existing profiles and restarting. NOTHING except starting in Troubleshoot (Safe) mode makes a difference:

Firefox seems to crash repeatedly and generates no crash reports, just freezes up my pc. It works in troubleshooting mode but even after refreshing, the problem persists. Surprisingly, it will consistently crash if I go to `about:support` (except in troubleshooting mode). Any help would be appreciated!

We are distributor of Firefox extension for dragon professional. ( We are self distrubutor of the extension.)

It’s ID is dgnria_pro.firefox@nuance.com

Now we have done some modification to the same extension, while publishing it shows error as “Duplicate add-on ID found.”

Earlier we have used same ID for the Firefox extension in the year 2018.

Currently we have opened new account with same ID “dgnria_pro.firefox@nuance.com” and faced the mentioned issue.

We are expected to publish our extension with the same extension id as we don’t want our existing customers get affected.

Is there any way with which extension id “dgnria_pro.firefox@nuance.com” can be deleted from backend , so that we can reuse it.

regarding vulnerability CVE-2023-3600 when I check advisories it says that version below 115.0.2 ESR are affected. Does that mean that only 115.x versions are affected or all versions are affected like 102.x ?

After setting Firefox as the default browser, every time I search on address, it opens Yahoo website instead of staying with Firefox. What else can I do to stop this from happening?

My website main image has displayed via Firefox browsers seamlessly for years. However, recently when visiting my website via Firefox browsers the main image no longer displays.

I have cleared cache, and followed all direction provided on the mozilla support site and the image does not display. It displays via other browsers and also on tablets and mobile but again not Firefox any longer.

Hey there, I was using one of my macs today and it suddenly started updating. It was taking ages and seemingly stalled, so I closed the app.

Now, all our bookmarks and history is gone. Also, the now updated version is not showing my new history etc.

Is there any way to retrieve our original bookmarks, history and passwords?

What's the best easiest way to translate my website https://invivobio.net/ in different language. I keep getting a 403 error message when trying to access the British Airways website. This is the first time I have encountered this, although it is perhaps 3 years since I last flew BA. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have also tried to access the same ba.com site using Edge - with the same error message. This suggests that the problem may lie with BA. However, they have no technical support that I can reach. So I do not know what to do next. I use Kaspersky anti-virus and Malwarebytes to screen for malware. I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. Can this be a browser setting that will not let me edit anything on this webpage? I can edit on other pages that are basically the same type of program ( reunions for schools) PLEASE HELP. YES, MY SECURITY CERTIFICATE IS PAID UP AND ACTIVE.

I use Quickbooks. I've been frustrated on mozilla with the last two characters being cut off. I can change the zoom, but that doesn't help. It didn't used to happen, but I don't know which version this started with. When I use the same product under Chrome, it doesn't happen, so it's not the product. Any way you can help me?

When I try to open a link from an external software, in my case mostly discord, that which I click on, I get the profile manager opened, ask for which profile I should open from. If I already have the Firefox window for that profile open, I have to close the whole window and then it opens with all the tabs with a tab for the link I clicked on.

I would like to open tabs like how Chrome does, not asking for profile (yes, I know, I can just make things open on only one profile but I want to choose which one I want it to every single time without manager) and instead opens up from the profile window that I just had on.

I would like to open external links on an existing window and not close to open it.

So, ultimately, make my Firefox open link from the latest profile window I was on, and it does not require to close an existing window to open the link.

Hi, The DM has an annoying popup that only appears on the sports page ( which is basically the only page I actually read, the rest of the comic I just skim ). I've searched the web for a solution but to no avail, hence my asking here. I have the popup blocker ticked, but this annoyance just keeps on.

Hello...I appreciate your using Shortcuts & they are very important to me. I once had a problem of not having enough Shortcuts, but that problem has been solved.

My problem now is that the number of COLUMNS in my TopSitesRows often change, without my permission, from 6 Columns to 8. That leaves me with a lot of blank links as well as a lot of links I have visited only once & have no plans to visit again. Why can't I keep the number of COLUMNS the same like I can when I choose how many Rows when I choose TopSitesRows?
