Somehow, something changed. Now when I open Firefox it immediately goes to this page: http://www.nationzoom.com/?type=sc&ts=1385788029&from=tugs&uid=ST1000LM024XHN-M101MBB_S2WZJ90CB50756B50756

I have changed my home page to what it was before, (MSN.com) but it will not default to what I specify as my "home page" to open to.

I cannot get the above link to stop opening on default. Why?

Since none of my devices have a "manage account" selection under Sync (or Sync set up), there's no way to get or reset my recovery key. I only see "Set up Firefox sync" and "Pair a device". Everything else leads to a dead end without access to a recovery key or being able to manage the account.

I have done everything your web site says to do to uninstall Firefox. Nothing works. Windows message says no Mozilla Firefox uninstall program on my computer. Do I need a special download from you to uninstall?

Several months ago, my smallest window size was less than 2 * 2 inches. Then for no reason, the smallest size became about 2*2 inches. This was larger than I wanted but couldn't figure out why the change occurred or how to change it. So I learned to live with it.

Yesterday (12/19/13) when I logged into Firefox, the minimum size became 4*2 inches. This is too wide for me for many of the views that I want. I have not updated Firefox or Java recently. I don't know why this change occurred and would like to know how to redefine the minimum size window on Firefox.

The minimum size window for my IE browser and my Chrome browser is still 2*2. So the problem with the minimum 4*2 window is with Firefox only.

As stated, I can get all the way to being able to join a channel, but I don't any 'chatting' going on. I can see the user list, I can see the MOTD, I can do a listing, but no incoming traffic from the channel. I installed mIRC just to see, but same thing. I am thinking that there is some generic setting common to both clients that I am missing somehow, but I really don't know.

Is this a common error that I might be making? Is it a connectivity issue, or similar?

There is not a lot of info regarding this specific problem that I can find.

What do you guys think?

After updating to Windows 8.1, cannot access Internet from Firefox or Chrome, but IE 11 OK. I have reinstalled the latest firefox, still cannot access Internet from Firefox. Microsoft is ridiculous?!

Something happen to my computer yesterday because lots of my program shut down but I was able to open up again and now I discovered today that every time I open firefox it remember my last session even though I didn't ask it to - my homepage is set to my homepage under options and I do remember history and I know if I turn that off it won't do this but it shouldn't be doing this in the first place.

This is a NON-technical question, but I cannot find a way to contact Mozilla on such a matter. I made a contribution of a modest amount last December (2013). As of yet I have not received a letter or Email confirming this contribution, and I need it for income tax purposes. I am using Mozilla Firefox 18.0. on a Windows 7 computer. The Mozilla page is really inefficiently set up. I have a screen shot but there doesn't seem to be any way to post it in this forum. I need your advice. Several months ago Explorer did not make it possible for me to watch videos from Flixxy.com let alone their download. Everything else, worked ok. It kept me asking to download Flush 11. I did that at least 30 times, always successfully and re-started my PC. Did not change a thing! Then I downloaded Firefox and with it I could watch and download Flixxy.com. Five days ago something happened (I forgot what!) and I did uninstall Firefox and reinstalled a new copy. Since then I have a strange outcome: When I start it, Firefox starts with its <Firefox Start Page>. I want Google and I installed it on the usual way and correctly. It comes on, but next time I restart Firefox, their <Firefox Start Page> is the one coming on. Google just does not stay on! Everything else works fine! And if I didn't care with what page they start would be OK: but I want Google! What can you advise me? Why does it happen so? All my anti virus (Norton, Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware don't show any virus. I reinstalled three times Firefox with the same results.I tried to do everything is written in Firefox help. I can't open Gmail anymore...saying: This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. Instructions talk about a location bar and about:config page? Like it's just assuming everyone knows what and where those are...

On the Firefox home page search box one of my bookmarks has suddenly appeared there in grey. It can not be deleted in the usual ways (highlight/delete, backspace over, etc.) but if something is typed it disappears. BUT, when Search is activated the search goes to the search on the bookmark item's page!

Reloaded, restart, shut down restart have not worked. How to fix?

Just recently gotten back into using Firefox. Have been using Chrome. Firefox has one thing that Chrome doesn't have. So I see a number of old Plugs Ins from back when. How do I delete them. I've set to Never Activate. After each Plug In shows RESEARCH. But I don't want to research...I want to delete the old ones. So where do I go from here?

Since the most recent Firefox and Nightly updates, the orange "Firefox" box is no longer at the top left hand corner of the screen. So whereas before I could access anything without keeping the menu bar at the top, now I'm limited in my selections. The main thing I'm wanting is to easily pull up the history sidebar. But this seems impossible without opening up the menu bar first, which is pretty annoying. Am I missing something here, or have they just made this unnecessarily complicated for the user?

I called in for help because Firefox would not display my websites correctly. I called the telephone number on the Firefox website and got Vgeek support. They remotely scanned my computer and said my computer was at risk - claiming I had a trojan that my antivirus did not find and that my computer was about to crash because internal system elements were closing down. They talked me into a $400 three year protection and support package - which some local computer repair personnel say may have not been necessary. The vgeek support say they work for Firefox. Is that correct or have I been scammed??? Please advise.

I have only just started using Firefox but I've noticed a strange "feature" (I'm not sure if it's a feature or a bug, thus the quotes). I'm used to Opera and IE where by when I double click some text the text will be automatically selected. Firefox does something like this but for some reason I don't yet understand it adds an extra space at the beginning or end of the selection. This is a problem for someone like me who for work does a lot of copy and paste. I use web software that is intolerant of extra spaces and this feature/bug is going to end up causing some major issues. Is there a way to alter this behavior so that it behaves more like all my other computer programs? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Since I downloaded a new version of mozilla, every time I open firefox it opens a tab mozilla.org next to a tab with my home page. How do I stop firefox opening the tab with the mozilla.org page?

Since it took over an hour to send an email from my gmail address the other night andsince I have tried unsuccessfully to create an @outlook.com address in Internet Explorer 8 I would like to use Mozilla to create a free reserve email address. Is it possible to do this in Mozilla instead of using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 8? Thank you for helping a real dummie when it concerns creating a reserve email address.
