In the list of logins, why are only some usernames shown and the rest displayed as "(no username)"?

I have selected to import my passwords that I have exported from 1password as a CSV file. After I select to import, the prompt disappears and it appears as though nothing has happened. Is there any way to check the progress of the import, or was it even successful?
