I'm new to Thunderbird so can you explain what is the status of a Local Folder, please. Does it count against the email allowance? and How can I move emails from a Local Folder back to the main folders, please?

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. I've been using the extension "Tree Style Tab" and "TST Colored Tabs." I've been looking for a way to disable the native Firefox tab bar, whether on top of the window or to the left side. I haven't been successful on my own.

After a couple of hours troubleshooting this with CoPilot, It suggested I post the following short summary:

The profile with your current extensions and recent history is reported as: usm8kxcr.default-release

Opening that profile folder shows an empty directory. The only other real profile on disk is: agwp164m.default-release

We successfully proved userChrome.css loads in a different test profile (Profile 1) because the toolbar turned red. Therefore, the CSS mechanism itself works on your machine.

My conclusion is that your Firefox profile registration has become inconsistent. Firefox appears to be using a profile that does not correspond cleanly to the profile folders you're seeing in Explorer. At this point I would:

Back up the entire folder: (NOTE: DONE - backed to to another drive) C:\Users\dmerc\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox

Keep using the profile that contains your extensions and recent history. Avoid deleting any profiles or profile folders.

Post the details you've collected to either: the Mozilla Support forum, or r/firefox

The good news is that your current extensions and recent history are still accessible, so this doesn't look like data loss. The profile mapping itself needs to be untangled before custom CSS can reliably be applied.

saved payment method still work and autofill when a payment page is up but managing all saved payments within settings is impossible as the list is not populated - please see screenshot link text

I have five old expired CC's that pop up every time for auto fill. However, when I follow the link, to Manage Payment Methods. It is completely empty. There's nothing to manage. How do I delete all the old stuff when there's nothing were it should be? Please see attached.

I have several saved cards in 152.0.1 (64-bit). When on a payment site the drop-down list shows up as expected, so the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries is correct and working (GB). Also address filling still works, as does saved passwords,

However if I try to "Manage payment methods" the resulting list in "about:preferences#managePayments" is blank. (see image)

I have tried toggling on and off "save & autofill" and restarting, but nothing helps.

Adding a new card works, and the new card appears in the drop-down list on a payment form, but still nothing appears to edit or remove in the settings. How an I edit this list?

PS: I have disabled ALL extensions.

I get the following pop ups, the blue-green ones in images. When I click "CANCEL" I get the McAfee window shown. Can't find where the popups are coming from. I was able to get rid of on another computer by uninstalling Firefox, but lost stuff. I use ESet now and wouldn't go near McAfee again. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Hello: w11p laptop. FF dev 153.0b.11 (12july). The overflow option for the menu bar containing the address field does not let me move extensions icons from the "always view" choice to the overflow. I have already looked at "extensions & themes dropdown. I have already viewed possible answers here & the worst one says: "NO." That is, this used to be a useable item, but w/changes, no go. I have a 18 in /45cm (only) monitor & don't use FF full screen hardly ever, just 1/2 is enuf. Any solutions/add-ons for a workaround so I can see more than 1/2 in of address field (when the whole browser window is 6 in total)? Tx.

after the last Firefox update the zynga game Farmville 2 will not load. It gives me a screen to fix mentioning chrome..but all efforts to manually fix referencing Firefox have failed. Odd that I can load the plain Zyngagames.com on Edge but it seems they too only load a "local" game that is not connected to any network. Help also mentions to make sure I allow to redirect but that "Options" feature to do so is not there. In fact it seems like the Firefox menu system is even much different and expanded. I will add the screens I have tried etc. Pop ups are allowed, turned off enhanced etc. but cannot find any reference to "third party redirects" Any suggestions are appreciated.

Heyo! So, I've had this ongoing issue with Firefox for quite some time around trying to access the Newgrounds website, but failing to do so. I have tried several things such as disabling the enhanced tracking setting, disabling DNS over HTTPS, forcing cookies and third-party popups to be allowed but that does not work what so ever and disabling enhanced tracking is greyed out so it's not even clickable to toggle off.

One thing that did work was to use the built-in VPN, but I really don't want to constantly have to use a VPN to browse one singular site every time I want to access it. So now for the question. Has anyone else experienced this? And if you have, how did you solve it if at all?

I have selected the 4 rows for shortcuts on my tab and have installed all but the last 3 spaces in the end of the 4th row. There's no option whatsoever to continue to add those remaining 3 spaces. Any suggestions?

A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.

I use Firefox trying to access myGov account. I can Log into myGov account without any issues, but once I log in. I can't click on link within myGov to go to any of the linked services. Forefox just stay on the page without going anywhere. Every time I want to log into MyGov, I got to use other browser like Microsoft Edge. In Edge or Chrome, the same log in process, but then when I click on the linked service, like ATO, Medicare, etc. It actually take me to ATO, or Medicare etc, where In Firefox it does not work when I click on the link.

I have a suspicion someone is reading my e-mails. I am using Virgin Media as my ISP and have changed the password on my account.

Is that enough to stop my e-mails being read by someone other than me or what can I do to protect my inbox, please?

as of yesterday tuesday July 14th I am not able to play the trivia game: I'm getting a message to prove I'm human, when I click I get an allow message....then I keep getting the same page I can not access the game any longer.
