IME toggle not working in youtube chat on Firefox, even in troubleshoot mode. It works in all other applications including Chrome browser yet I prefer using Firefox so hope issue can be solved.

I am trying to access my account at Now Finance (nowfinance.com.au) and I can't get past the login challenge. I have changed my password on the site several times with no change in the result. I can login OK with Opera and Google, but not firefox.

I don't need to login now. I have done my business using Chrome, but I think the above is something you need to know.

I’ve been facing an issue while trying to access my website, pakistansolarpanelprices.pk, on my desktop using Firefox. The browser fails to load the site, showing a blank page or an error like “Server not found” or “Unable to connect.” I attempted to open pakistansolarpanelprices.pk with Firefox’s help, but it didn’t work. Other browsers like Chrome or Edge can load the website fine, so it seems to be a Firefox-specific problem. I like using Fire Fox (FF), but I am constantly met with resistance from different organizations which try to tell me to use MS Edge, or Google Chrome. It seems like FF is a problem for them. Now, after successfully using Fire Fox for decades, I can no longer log in to my bank account when using FF. I can use any other browser, but not Fire Fox. I've spoken to the bank, and they point the finger at FF (of course), but this time (unfortunately) I have to agree with the bank. What did FF do that now makes it impossible for me to access certain web pages, or certain features, like "logging in" to accounts?

Can you please un-F whatever you F'd up? Or, please explain to me why I can do everything the exact same way I've always done things when like using Brave, Chrome, Edge, Chrome Cast, and TOR, but can no longer do them when using FF

Firefox no longer works with my Century Link webmail account. I can get to webmail using other browsers, but I prefer to stay with Firefox. I just checked my Firefox updates and I am up to date. Any ideas? Bob

Hi, I've been involved in IT for many years but have stuck an issue I'm unable to resolve. As a search engine I like to use www.google.com.au which works fine until I log into my Google account. Once I'm logged in to my account the home page reverts to www.google.com and I'm unable to add the .au. I've confirmed it happening on three different machines over the past couple of days. If I use Edge, Chrome or Brave, the problem does not arise, so I must conclude there is an issue somewhere within Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated Many Thanks Phil

Unable to open this site from Mozilla on Mac book but it opens in safari. What may be the reason?

Hi, I’m facing a strange issue with my website https://boothcool.net. It works perfectly on Chrome and other browsers, but on Firefox, it randomly stops loading and just shows a blank white page. No error, no message just a completely blank screen.

I usually check my website regularly by reloading it multiple times a day to ensure everything is functioning properly. Today, when I tried doing the same in Firefox, the site stopped responding. I thought it could be a temporary internet or server issue, so I restarted Firefox and tried again, but the same blank page appeared.

To confirm, I opened the website in Chrome and other browsers, and it loaded without any problem. I also contacted my hosting provider to check if there was a server-side issue, but they confirmed everything was working fine on their end.

I even followed a few guides from Firefox support, including this one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1231445 — but unfortunately, nothing helped in resolving the problem.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference—you can see the blank page issue clearly.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me understand what might be causing this on Firefox.

Since the last update was downloaded, I can no longer view content created using Genialy.

We are a training organization with an e-learning platform and today our content created under Genialy is no longer accessible if you use your browser.

With other browsers like Edge or Chrome the content is easy to read.

When I log into my Outlook Web account, after putting in username and password, it sends me a verification number to my phone. When I put that number it the screen says "Logging out of Microsoft Outlook" and then takes me to the logged out screen. This was working fine until the last update of Firefox, and it works fine in the Duck Duck Go browser. It also works on my Android Cell phone.

I have been having an issue with Firefox opening certain websites and unfortunately my self and other friends are forced to use Chrome. It is even difficult to contact anyone at Mozilla on this issue. If we Mozilla doesn't show concern we will easily make the complete transition over to Chrome. This is the fourth time I asked for help and have tried trouble shooting the issue from posts listed. We are sick and tired of trying to get this issue resolved and have been with Firefox for over ten years. Does anyone at Mozilla care? No phone numbers, no direct contact? Why the hiding? Obviously we are all pissed off about this issue.

Dear Team,

ANZ Bank (Australia) no longer works with Firefox. I troubleshooted with ANZ and they say the issue is with my browser. I have the latest version of Firefox, and I have cleared my cache & history a few times. I have attached a screen shot of where the landing page hangs. The loading circle keeps rotating, but it never loads any further.

Safari & Chrome both load the page fine with no issues.

Just letting you know in case you can sort this out.

I go onto google. I search for an image, select the "tools" tab and I attempt to click on any of the options (like image size, for example). The tabs simply don't work. I opened Microsoft Edge and did the same exact thing and it worked. Guys, if Google doesn't work on this browser reliably - you guys are officially in last place for quality. I've cleared my cache, cleared cookies, FireFox is up-to-date, I restarted my PC. I shouldn't have to go through a hassle for something this *simple*. I used to love Mozilla, but y'all keep breaking things. Chrome is no issue, Edge is even faster now. What's the point of using this junk? YouTube pages have been freezing as well. Ima have to switch browsers and I'm definitely going to make sure no one I know sticks with FireFox.

Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem on my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show, nor can I access previous episodes of any show. I tried removing all my add-ons, including all my ad blockers and making Prime Video an exception to the enhanced Firefox browser feature. Nothing worked. Can someone at Firefox fix this problem or tell me why it happened? I CAN use prime video without difficulty on Safari and Chrome.

Hi! When I open Firefox I only see the main toolbar. I can click help, then troubleshoot mode but then nothing appears on the screen. I am not in full screen mode. I have shut down my computer several times. My chrome works fine so it’s something with Firefox. Help!

How about fixing this bug that was put in the last update. I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. I am switching to another browser because I cannot complete a simple login with your bugged software update. I am not using my phone to fix a software issue you have created...do the update or you will be losing more customers.

as of last week sometime, videos in my CRM (customer relationship manager) have stopped working. When I use a different browser, ie: Edge, everything works correctly. My CRM company tried to dupliocate the issue on their system using Firefox but they were not having the same issue. Something in my Firefox version 138.0.1 is causing an issue. Can you help troubleshoot and correct my issue?
