Hi there,

I'm sorry if this question already exists or if a ticket has already been opened, but I can't find any information on the internet. I'm experiencing something strange. When I try to open the password manager, Firefox asks for my password to unlock access. The password is correct, but then Firefox keeps asking for it and there is no way to go back and I have to close the application.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

I have a new e-mail address, so I'm updating all the entries in my about:logins list of passwords. There are a couple of moz-extension entries with very long codes as part of the name. When I click on these in the left-hand column, it appears in the main part of the window where I can edit or remove it. For regular website entries I can click on the link to take me to the site, but with the moz-extension entries I can't do that. Can these be deleted? Thanks!

For some time now my password manager Nordpass has not been autofilling login credentials or offering suggestions. Everything works fine in Chrome browser. I am having continuing conversation with Nordpass support but no solution yet. Does anyone have this issue or discovered a fix. I don't want to go back to Chrome. Thanks.

How can manually add a web address and password to the saved passwords list? When I visit one particular website I need to enter the password and the SAVE PASSWORD popup doesn't come up.

The title or name given to a website isn't always indicative of the site. I have more than a few that start "login". It is confusing. How do I Rename to something meaningful and easily recognizable, to me? Currently, instead of having to remember a password, I have to remember how it is stored. Kind of negates the reason for having a password manager...

Hello. There's an issue with passwords suggesting.

I have 13 passwords for 13 different accounts on some website. In Firefox's password manager I can see all of them, but when trying to log in on the website only 11 are visible - two ones, which are lower in alphabetical order, are not displayed.

Cleaning the cookies hasn't help.

Any ideas about fixing it?

The Password Manager is very good, but...

It needs two additional fields.

1) a field for a website name or a note.

2) a 2nd username or email address.

For example, I just added the login information for Bluesky Social. However, "bluesky" is not part of the url. If I later search for "blue" the correct login will not be shown.

Also, the login allows for input of a username or email address. The PW manager should store both.

i tried to address a question but I haven't a clue how to find any answer to my basic question of how do i find where password r stored. I am trying to wipe out some older ones that get fed into login page & then I get caught up in a vicious circle & have to change passwords again. Safari is sooo much easier to navigate. Timmy Wynne

I'm on a public use computer and I signed out of firefox but all my folders, websites, and saved passwords are still on firefox. How do I get it to not do that? How do I reset the browser so all my information is gone?

I have used Safari for decades. Due to the slowness of some banks I cannot use Safari to access access my accounts. It was suggested that I use Firefox. Probably because i don't use it, I can't find where Firefox stores passwords. Can someone help me do that. I am used to simply having Safari stored on keychain access & ask me if I want to store new password. I like that feature. Then I can click on keychain access on my toolbar, open & delete the old ones. I sure can't do that on Firefox IF i can't even find where those are stored. Thank you. Timmy
