I'm a game developer working on my first WebGL game from Unity. For the past day I've been banging my head around getting controllers to work, only to discover the issue is with Firefox - my build works fine in Edge and Chrome.

What's the situation with Firefox WebGL support? Is this likely to be fixed at any point or should I inform users Firefox doesn't work (and be pressured onto using Chrome or something else myself despite wanting to use Firefox?)

The title describes the problem I'm facing. I don't really use other sites that have videos other than Youtube. But I notice that the videos freeze quite often and audio just continues to play. The videos then unfreeze and skip multiple frames. I've noticed clearing browser cache seems to help but it doesn't help for longer than a 2 min video at best. At worst, it doesn't affect it at all.

Even though highlighting text is a SUPER minor feature, it is one I would love to see in Thunderbird. I am using Release 115.6.1 (64-bit) and would love to have that capability. I searched for add-ons but the only one I found had been withdrawn by its author. Please advise if that capability exists and how to install it. Thanks, mkcgkc@gmail.com Ken Cawthorne

The ability to change font size is disabled. I lost my User profile on my PC, and I am starting from scratch with all settings. My custom folders are still there, but I have had to recreate message filter rules, and I can't get the font large enough to read.

Note: When I click on the image I provide below, it makes it look like my font size is huge. It is not.

When trying to open my protected browser with firefox I keep getting "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window." I have refreshed and re-installed Twice! I have followed the instructions to go to file (using %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\) and make sure it is NOT Read-Only and to delete the parent.lock in it. Yet it keeps going to Read-Only and the parent.lock keeps re-appearing. The day before everything was working. I have tried Protective Browser with other browsers and it works. 1. Why is the Protective Browser not working? 2. Why is the File going to Read-Only and 3. Why is the parent.lock keep returning? Thanks

Hi Folks. About a year and a half ago I some how got hacked in communication with a help desk somewhere. From that point on , I have not been able to use my Thunderbird email. It asks for my password that I do not have. I have spent hours trying to reset it. I have tried a clean reinstall, but it recognizes me and asks for my password. I have my email addresses saved and would be happy to do a fresh install, but I have not been able to figure out how to do this. I am very much obliged for any help you may offer. I'm seeking help because sound is not working on Firefox. All other software are able to produce sound on every speaker and headphones I have. The speaker logo does not appear in tabs were videos or music is playing and firefox doesn't show up in EarTrumpet. It does show in the volume mixer but no bar appears to show it is displaying sound while media is playing.

I'm running : Firefox version 119.0 64 bits Windows 10 64 bits version 22h2, OS build 19045.3570

I've tried :

1. Restarting Firefox
2. Muting/Unmuting Firefox in the volume mixer, in firefox tabs too
3. Downgrading to version 118.02 32 bits
4. Uninstalling all my audio drivers followed by a restart (they got re installed but no change for Firefox)
5. Restarting Firefox with all addons disabled

I'm running out of solutions.

I have thunderbrird on both my laptop and computer, i got home, and did my normal, and on my computer it come up with Authentication Failed, its only doing it on the computer, but no the laptop, i have version 115.4.1, on both, but howcome it only doing it on the computer not the laptop? should i re-install on the computer?? or is their another way to fix this problem?

Your instructions for unthreading do not work. The commands you suggest do not appear in my "View" folder. And I do not want to unthreads many dozens of folders manually.

Please provide guidance on how to fix this, or I will have to abandon Thunderbird (which I have used loyally for many years) or work via the Gmail platform (ugh).

Running 115.5.0 and want to export my contact list to be able to use it in a spreadsheet. The export function in the Tools dropdown only allows for export of "accounts, messages, address books and settings to a ZIP file." What happened to the ability to export just the address book separately to a csv file? Please help. Thank you.

I get this message when I try to get to the window to enter my password: 400. That’s an error. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.
