Every time I visit a website, it creates a shortcut on homepage, and Its annoying... 😖Please can Mozilla developers separate the "sites you save" and "sites you visit" under Shortcut option, I would be grateful.

I keep getting this plug for Capital One shopping add-on. I keep rejecting it, but keeps coming back. I do have Capital One card - but not sure how connected those two are.

I feel as though my accounts have been hacked and someone is logged into my mozilla account my Google account my everything I need help figuring that out and making my accounts and stuff way more secure

Have to keep pressing keys periodically when streaming video in a Firefox tab to prevent the screen going dark. The Ubuntu Mate Power Management settings have all been configured to prevent the System from doing so, so I'm wondering if this has something to do with Firefox. As a caregiver for a disabled person otherwise without television access I would find this very helpful.

i can not log onto delta.com from firefox. the error i get is Access Denied You don't have permission to access this server. Reference 0.c424c317.1773625375.36c3e353. I can log in using a different browser. is there anything i can do.

I receive many unwanted/junk/spam emails a day (10 to 20) in my email inbox. How do I stop this influx of junk? right now I am blocking domains, is this the best I can do?

I can't sign in to gmail as I used to for years. (It works ok when I use Private Browsing, but that's inconvenient.)

WHAT USED TO HAPPEN: when I was at the sign in page, my password manager (Dashlane) filled in the username and then a screen asking to use the passkey. I said yes, and got in to Google with no problem.

NOW: the password manager fills in my username (my name at gmail.com) and when I hit "NEXT" in the sign in field I get email or phone l.com When I click in the field that disappears and my username appears. When I hit NEXT it goes back to "email or phone l.com". Same when I hit return. Same when I enter my phone number. SO maybe it's Dashlane (my password manager)? But when I disable that and TYPE my username (or phone number) in the field, same stuff happens.

BUT when I use a private browser window, the gmail sign in works as before, and so that's what I've been using -- but it's not convenient having 2 windows open. Before it was just a tab in one window. What changed? Why? Can I change it back? Thanks!

My extension for my password manager, 1 Password, will not populate my toolbar as normal. This changed in the past two days . I have tried to deactivate and reactivate the extension to no avail. Can you help?

I have been using Easy Screenshot for years. Today I tried taking a screenshot and it opened a huge copy of the rectangular image I wanted to save in a new tab. Then there was no visible way to save the image. I used to get the option to save the image file in the same tab as the image I wanted to save. Took a screenshot and saved in Paint to show the contents of the Firefox window that image is huge and should have been 4 inches wide at most. Also the lack of how to save the image.

I'm wondering if this a because of the latest update. Firefox 147.0.1 X64 desktop WIN10 22h2 with ESU

When I tried reporting the problem on the add-on page the website it tried to connect to was not working so asking here for help.
