I'e been using Claude.ai with no problems until a couple days ago when Interactive Artifacts stopped loading. The Interactive Artifacts work in Safari and on my iPhone app, but not in Firefox. I've tried clearing cache, disabling extentions, and opening up Claude in a Private Window, but nothing seems to work. I much prefer Firefox to other browsers. I haven't disbled Javascript (nor do I know how). What else could be causing this? One suggestion was to restore Firefox to default settings - I'd prefer ot to but if it works, I will do that. How do I do that? Is there anything else I should try?

Youtube is suddenly not showing a full page. After scrolling down a short way, it stops and the last two rows are blank (see attachment). I let it sit for 30 minutes hoping it would load, but nothing change d. I tried another browser and it works fine. I cleared cookies and cache, but that did nothing. Thanks.

Sync setting no longer present between Android and iMac.

Choosing, "Sync now" as usual on both Android and iMac does nothing. in Firefox, putting the phone up to the bar code does nothing, except it now tells me I can't use my camera (my camera works).

I know every company feels the need to change settings for no reason, and make things confusing in each update, but this is extreme and has never been a problem before between these two devices.

I have no viruses as I regularly run scans.

Does anyone have updated directions on how to keep the same bookmarks, which is on the only Mozilla account I have, on these two devices?

Specs: Galaxy S8, Mac OS Monterey

At some point a few months ago, perhaps as a result of a Firefox update, it became difficult to log in to some sites that I've always logged into successfully (ex: NYT). In at least a dozen websites that I try to log in, an error message says that I may be a robot and will not allow me to proceed.

So now, instead of Firefox being my default browser, I've switched to Safari. I've used Firefox for over 20 years, so I'd like to continue using it, but this issue is a critical problem.

Why why why does your browser constantly drop sync between my iphone and macbook? It's extremely frustrating to have to constantly sign in - a process that can often take repeated attempts, because reasons. Really poor and a big reason why I'm considering going back to chrome if it's not sorted. Was never once an issue with chrome in over 5 years of use. Happens weekly with firefox

Passwords not removed

I logged out of my account on firefox and deleted all local data using the privacy settings, I then uninstalled Firefox (on my mac) and I was expecting my passwords to be removed.

I reinstalled firefox and the passwords were still there without me logging in to my account (sync). This is a big thing for me from a security perspective as it means the passwords to login were still left somewhere on my machine without my knowledge.

When you sign out of your account on firefox can you please make it incredibly obvious these are left somewhere and how to delete them / or even better make it default that they are removed from my machine during logout / removal of the app?

I have also contacted Mozilla Support using the contact form twice to raise this issue and didn't receive any confirmation of those support requests to my email address.

The only possible explanation that I can think of is that maybe there has been a problem at the time when Mozilla acquired Pocket and I linked my Pocket account with my Mozilla account. I had previously used a different email address for my Pocket account prior to 2017. I currently have two email addresses (primary and secondary) associated with my Mozilla account but none of these email addresses are showing up in my Pocket settings, only my username. My Mozilla account is the only place where I can see my email addresses listed in my account details but I can't understand why I didn't get the confirmation emails to my Mozilla Support requests.

I used Pocket extensively for work so I really need to get the export. I'd really appreciate some help, thank you.
