I wish to do a mass import of vcf cards, how? I have a list of VCF cards exported from Outlook that I can import one by one, is there not a way to do a mass import?

An old website appears in the browser when I log into the new website. The new site is "www.thestoneshop.net". What comes up in the browser is "Custom | Foothills Countertop | Northglenn". The old website.

Hi there. I'm looking for a shortcut that takes me from the folderlist pane to the message pane and the first new message, when I'm on the inbox folder. The tab is not good. It moves between to many fields/options.

That is the only one, not five crash ID's. I couldn't open Firefox to find an omni.ja file.

I can't import or access my bookmarks or passwords on the new Firefox I installed. Would you please be able to help with that?

Today my Facebook has no sound. My laptop has sound. Youtube has sound, NBC has sound, Amazon Music has sound, NPR has sound, it's just Facebook that is WITHOUT SOUND. So that is why I am wondering, does Firefox/Mozilla have sound settings that I might access to fix something like this?

I have already tried rebooting the laptop. Rebooting the browser. Rebooting Facebook. Thank you in advance for whatever help you might offer, Pamela

Several extensions were recently deleted without my input. Among them were Duck Duck Go Privacy Essentials, Keeper Password Manager, and Apple's iCloud Password autofill. I know there were others, but I cannot even recall which ones they were. Not sure if this happened after the most recent update or later, but it happened at some point in the last 24 hours given that today is 3-15-2026 12:30 pm PST. I only discovered this when a tab popped up in Firefox asking me to complete a survey as to why I uninstalled Duck Duck Go Privacy Essentials, which in fact I NEVER did. See attached pic. Nor did I uninstall any of the aforementioned, et. al. Thanks Mozilla for f'ing up my settings and overall browsing experience across all of my devices without my consent.

When I try to go into my google account for any reason and a few other websites, it will say use passkey or try another way. I have done both several times and Firefox ALWAYS FREEZES and I have to force quit. I have reinstalled Firefox, gotten rid of all cookies and cache, gotten rid of extensions and everything I could do from the help website but nothing seems to work. I have also reinstalled Firefox but the same thing keeps happening. I need HELP!

Description: I need help with the "Firefox Multi-Account Containers" extension.

The extension is installed and shows as "enabled" in my Add-ons Manager. However, the colorful container icon does NOT appear on my toolbar, so I cannot access or use the extension at all.

What I have already tried (none worked):

· Dragging the extension icon from the puzzle menu to the toolbar · Right-clicking on the extension icon (inside the puzzle menu) to see if there is a "Pin to Toolbar" option — but the option does NOT appear at all · Restarting Firefox multiple times · Restarting my computer · Creating a new profile in about:profiles and testing the extension there — still no icon · Disabling and re-enabling the extension

The extension is installed and enabled, but without the toolbar icon, I cannot create containers or separate my Gmail accounts. I really need this feature.

I have read that this might be a bug in recent Firefox versions. Is there a known fix? Do I need to completely uninstall Firefox and reinstall it? If so, could you please guide me on how to do a clean uninstall (removing all profile folders and registry entries) and then install the latest version?

My system is Windows (older version, if that matters).

when I hit full screen in the lower left on youtube videos it says full screen unavailable on all videos. I have tried all the recommended setting adjustments in the config and they don't work. yet full screen for youtube videos works in all other browsers on my mac which is an M2 pro macbook pro running sequioa 15.7.4

Please fix this as it is really annoying and I may stop using this browser if it is not taken care of. It just started yesteday out of nowhere. No changes were made on my computer during this time.

Ich benutze Thunderbird gewühnlich in Deutschland und bin jetzt in Chile (+4 Stunden). Das Notebook zeigt die chilenische Zeit an (CLT), die Nachrichten werden aber mit UTC, also +3 Stunden, gespeichert und angezeigt. Wie kann ich die Zeiten der Bearbeitung und Speicherung in CLT (wahlweise in MEZ, deutsche Zeit) speichern.

This must be a setting in Firefox somewhere relating to Tabs, so I will continue to investigate, but... I feel like I could always click an email link I had received and it would open my preferred browser, in my case Firefox Mac OS latest (both) on a last Intel Macbook Pro. Now, a link click opens Firefox but only to the last page I was on, and I again need to click the email link to get the new tab to open. Why/where/help please?!
