Hi! I want to download the "Photoshow" add on. I can't because it says "Download the new Firefox and get the extension". When I check for updates it for Firefox it says I'm all updated. When I click the "download new firefox" I get the message "Your download was interrupted. But all is not lost." I really want this add-on. Is there another way to get it or to solve my problem? Thanks!

I have installed the Firefox browser (latest version) on my MacbookPro and on a MacbookAir. How can I synchronize the bookmarks? Is this possible with iCloud? Thank you!!!

I am using an older MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.6, for which the latest Firefox is 115.12.0ser (64-bit). It has always been working like a champ, but a few weeks ago, individual YouTube video pages look very odd. Usually the related recommended videos are along the right edge in one row, and below the default video window is the title, description, and then the comments.

The problem I have is that these two components became transposed, and if the video is displayed as full screen, the page can be pushed upwards to show the title etc got squashed below the video window, with the recommended videos still in a grid below it. I hope the included pictures are sufficient to illustrate the issue.

Another computer, an iMac running El Capitan 10.11.6, and Firefox 78.15.0ser owned by a family member, does not show this odd phenomenon. I must say I am quite intrigued by this, and would greatly appreciate any help my fellow members can offer.

Starting today, amazon web pages are not updating correctly. The amazon web page appears normal till I sign in, then it doesn't update "cart" contents or show account holders name or list any "Lists" when accessing account saved lists. I have deleted entire history, and all cookies and caches X 3. I Rebooted computer along with a "system command control reset" and still the pages are not loading correctly. Short of reinstalling "Firefox" what more can I do? Are there any "Preference" files or files with specific extensions I can delete? Thank you. Gerard

‘I've had Thunderbird before on my Mac Mini. I'm trying to reinstall it but keep getting an error message: Thunderbird 147.0.1 drr corrupt image. I ran disk utility but no help. any suggestions please?

I need tutorial guidance to restore my home site. All has been eliminated except tabs. The more I try on my own to restore, the more that gets deleted. I need a phone number to talk to a customer care tech to guide me.

When I click "show all history", it appears in a script I do not know, but the name and URL below that list appears in English. I have gone though all of the settings options and everything is set to appear in English (US or UK), without a hint of any other language. I've quit and restarted Firefox, and restarted my Macbook Pro laptop running OS 14.8.3. Nothing changes. Thanks for any suggestions!
