depuis cette après midi et alors que tout marchait bien ce matin tous mes mails entrant sont systématiquement classés en spam et illisibles. Le nom de l'expéditeur et le sujet du mail ne sont plus lisibles non plus et sont tronqués.

J'ai essayé de m'envoyer des mails de test et je reçois un mail tronqué illisible. en image je vous envoie le mail envoyé et ce que je reçois. Tous les mails entrant quel que soit l'expéditeur sont traités comme ça.

Merci pour votre aide car je ne peux plus rien faire et j'ai vraiment besoin de mon mail en ce moment.

Junk/Not Junk

I've done everything I can think of to get Thunderbird to "learn" what is Junk or Not Junk. It does pretty well tagging spam as Junk. But it also tags legitimate email as… (читать ещё)

I've done everything I can think of to get Thunderbird to "learn" what is Junk or Not Junk. It does pretty well tagging spam as Junk. But it also tags legitimate email as Junk. I mark those as Not Junk. I add the addresses to my Address Book. But for the most part the errors continue.

It's an annoyance. I can, of course, just ignore the whole thing and click thruough the Junk folder. But I'd prefer not to. Any suggestions as to what else I can try?

I am getting too many spam emails now... 30-40-50 a day... it's ridicuous.. I have flagged them as junk, and when they come in from that address again it's marked junk but it's not good enough.. I must spend a combined time of 20 mins a day deleting junk emails now.

With hotmail it's very easy to simply 'block' email...

I can't find an easy way to do this on thunderbird??? Is there a way to easily block email address?? I think in this age now were people have Ai bots running in the background doing menial tasks this is only ging to get worse.... I need to put a stop to it now..

Is there a simple way to block email address?!

Is there a specific file where that filter is stored, so that I can review all senders whom I have blocked without scrolling through the "Filter Rules" dialog? Ideally, I would like to examine that file (not edit it) using a text editor.

Hello: I send out newsletters to about 100 senior men golfers. I've been struggling with my messages going to spam or junk folders. My messages don't contain spam, but some mail servers are rejecting them. I've been working the problem (proper server authentication, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, etc.) but one of the suggestions I've read is to make sure there's an "list-unsubscribe" link in the email header. I've placed one in the body of the email at the bottom of the page (still fails), but how do I make a header in Thunderbird in which to place a link? Thanks for any help.

Thunderbird front end to a Yahoo email account. I've had it for years and everything else works fine.

About a month ago I found four messages in the Bulk folder that I'm unable to delete. When I click on the message, status bar info is that TB is "loading message", but nothing ever happens. When I attempt to delete a message, the status bar message is "Loading message", then "moving message to Trash" and the message is no longer shown in the folder, but then the message reappears with the message in the status bar something like "header is reloaded."

When I login to Yahoo directly, this folder does not exist.

How to remove these messages permanently?

I'm thinking that when I mark emails as junk, they immediately delete, but are all the junk emails suppose to keep coming back, but now only with that yellow junk banner. I was thinking that if I mark it as junk, they get deleted immediately and I don't have to keep going over them, and seeing them, but now with that Thunderbird thinks this is junk banner. But I already marked those as junk many times. Why do they keep coming back like that?

Been this way for quite a while now. Deleted messages do not show up in trash in 1 gmail account. Properties of the trash folder indicate that it contains 124 meg. In a different gmail account all is normal. Properties indicate the same in both gmail accounts. Asside from maybe deleteing/reinstalling the account, how can this be fixed?

I was searching for an email that I had just deleted and discovered that the Trash folder connected to my inbox was empty. The one connected to my Local folders, however, was not. I cannot find a setting that would instruct Thunderbird on how long to save emails in the Trash folder and am sure I did not accidentally change anything. Any idea how to fix this?

Please forgive a very basic question. I think I know the answer but would appreciate having the correct one from the pros.

My wife and I each have Thunderbird installed on our computers. While we each have individual email addresses, we also have one email address we share, and we access it via Thunderbird.

If I'm marking certain messages as junk on my computer, will that designation only apply to my computer or, because of the common email address, will it mark those same messages as junk on my wife's computer?

Thanks for any help with this.

I would like to be able to click the little fire icon on an email in my "list of emails" window to Mark as Spam, then have Thunderbird automatically move it to my Bulk folder after that.

I looked to see if I could set up a filter to do that, but don't see "Marked as Spam" as one of the selection criteria.

Is there a setting to accomplish what I'm looking for?
