Ive been receiving server failure reports from several links at numerous websites including zillow and carvana. Links that I try to open from Mozilla Thunderbird, receive the error or show only a blank page. Is there an issue with Firebird or Thunderbird at this time?

2 issues, first it asks me for my password over and over again until I am so angry I could scream! First my password but then oh surprise the password is wrong so I reset it and it asks for my recovery key so I go look for my recovery key and find it and copy then enter it and thats wrong. Then I look and I am fucking signed in any way! WHAT THE HELL! GOOGLE you make so much money and your destroying the planet with your tech so why can't you figure out this stupid shit already...COME ON!! 2nd, WHY ARE MY DOWNLOADS NOT GOING ONTO MY DOWNLOADS FOLDER! I am not a tech idiot!!! BTW I am an advanced user so if I am having a hard time it's because your software is garbage!!! Seriously I just need my downloads to download...That should be so easy!!! Same as password management...It should not be hard for you of all company's the least you could do for your users are these simple and small things! And if I could take a screenshot easily and download it and show you BELIEVE YOU ME I WOULD BUT I CAN'T FOR THE VERY REASON I AM PISSED OFF ABOUT! JUNK!! GOOGLE!! YOU ARE JUNK!!! And is what I read true, that you have volunteers working on this thread? Of course a multi-bazillion dollar company would be using volunteers to do the work...Who needs money but google right? Nobody I guess!

Apologies in advance if I use terminology incorrectly.

I've had this strange but intermittent issue for a while (through multiple Firefox versions) where pages will take a long time to load. I haven't timed loads exactly but I can confidently say it's a minimum of 10 seconds. The problem with diagnosing this issue is it's very intermittent; I can go hours or on a rare occassion days without it happening (I think, maybe I've just not registered some of the times it's happened). I have yet to try disabling all addons because of this.

Random quirks about the issue:

• It only happens on navigation to a new domain (or to a domain from a new tab). Once a domain has loaded, I don't have an issue on said domain for a while.
• It isn't tab specific. I can open a new tab in the same window and they will both take the same amount of time to load, often finishing at the exact same time.
• While waiting for a page to load, I can open a Private Browsing window, paste the URL, and the page will load immediately without issue in the Private Browsing window. This does not affect the page being loaded in the main window.
• I believe it has occurred immediately after a system restart, thus I don't believe it is related to long-running sessions.

The addons I have that don't also run in Private Browsing are:

• Augmented Steam
• BetterTTV
• Enhancer for Youtube (I can't find the addon store link?)
• Firefox Multi-Account Containers
• PocketTube
• Return YouTube Dislike
• SponsorBlock
• The Camelizer
• Youtube High Definition

How long do tab groups stay in the browser? The tab groups I create disappear from 'list all tabs' dropdown. I was unaware there was a time limit. Could you let me know if I am doing something wrong here or change the description to include a timeframe. Saying that I can reopen suggests I can always reopen (see help article quoted below). "You can Save and close group, which will save and close the group for you to be able to re-open from the List all tabs tab icon 2 icon on the tab bar (or the Fx137ListAllTabs toolbar icon, if you use vertical tabs). "

I have lost a number of groups, which is not ideal. I see two tab groups from last four days but no others. See screenshots.

Would love clarification of this, as it is so useful to keep sites in groups for later use.

On Windows 10 with 64-bit Firefox, after updating from version 144 to 145, some local HTTP-only servers stopped working and became inaccessible. When I enter http://<local server name>, after a few seconds it automatically changes to https://<local server name>, and since no HTTPS service is running, it ends with a “Server not found” page. It seems to be related to DNS — accessing http://<IP address> works fine.

I tried a clean installation with a new user profile, but it didn’t help. Downgrading to version 144 fixes the problem, but at the cost of losing the user profile (which is a disaster). I also tried to check the HTTP-only settings (which I’ve never modified), but that didn’t help either.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

My Android 11 Lenovo 10" tablet will not display the desktop version of any site, despite having both menu switches set to DT. It's particularly annoying on sites like Wikipedia where I am registered and have configured the WikiP user settings for a style that has worked for me for 15 years. The two views are switchable in Chrome, but suddenly Firefox is only displaying the mobile page. I am trying to migrate to primarily using Firefox to escape the big G marketing artillery barrage and totally overreaching information piracy framework. Any suggestions out there? I wonder if Android itself could be responsible?

I've unchecked all three boxes, but the two sub-boxes stay checked and the sponsored stories and links continue to appear even though I unchecked the boxes. See attached image. How do I disable? Why can't I uncheck these boxes? I was actually just trying to disable it for a few, not all of my computers, but, now that it's being forced on me, I'm a bit unhappy with Firefox. I've supported, promoted, and used them for years but now they seem to be following the same path of other prying browsers. :(

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? I found 'chromeasia.com' autocompleting in the Firefox address bar upon typing 'ch'. I searched History for this and there was no sign of it. I cleared all history data, rebooted, ran a disk cleanup and find that 'chromeasia.com' stil autocompletes upon typing 'ch' in the address bar.

Any suggestions or advice on how to clear this would be warmly appreciated. Thanks. Stephen

On my home page there used to a dozen or so boxes with the web sites I most frequently use that I could click on. It would open a new tab and go to that site. They had the logo of the site. They aren't there anymore. Can I get them back? If so, how?

The "Subject" pretty much describes my specific question. You will see an example in the screenshot I uploaded. When I increase the screen using comm + the type is too large & the video shrinks. ((although, somehow, the screen becomes smaller even though I'm enlarging it). Even with my reading glasses, I can't see 95% of the type.

I've poured through everything (i think) on the website, and I made some changes, but they didn't make a difference (other than getting rid of those miserable recommended videos on the side).

I have another question: Do I have to use a secondary email address: my Dept. of Ed. Outlook address, but I've just retired, and won't have access to it in about six months. I also don't want the DOE all up in my business: emails are legal documents forever & ever.

Lastly, the "Share Data" link says "the internal workings of your browser." What does that mean?

On nearly a daily basis, at some point my Yahoo mail tab indicates a lost internet connection when I have no internet connection issues with any other site... including Yahoo. At first I could simply close the yahoo mail tab and reload it, but now I have to log completely out of my computer to restart it. If I simply try to open mail again, the tab simply continually searches for the site (at this point it has been trying to open the site for about 15 min). In searching for a fix, I found numerous other people have had the same issue (seems to go back as far as 2023, but in only started for me since upgrading to a new laptop). It seems to be only a Mozilla Firefox issue - but since Mozilla is my preferred browser I'd like to see if there is a fix before moving to another browser. Thanks for any guidance anyone can provide.

Have an old list of bookmarks that was imported from an old pc running widows vista to a new HP machine that shows as a firefox document on the desktop, List is outdated and needs to be edited with deletion of some of the old listings but can't figure out how to do that ???? In doing some trouble shooting they had me clear my cash and I now have to enter the login info for each program where in he past FF entered it automatically.

I can find no way to get FF to do so again.
