How do I remove "firefox browser being managed by your organisation" . I have looked at several posts and don't understand a word of it. I recently re-installed Firefox and lost all my passwords but still have bookmarks, every time I turn off firefox it forgets my account sign in, I then get an email to say I have signged in on a new device. I suspect it is the Norton 360 security software. Please can someone explain in simple terms how to remove it. I have tried contacting Norton but their support is worse than Microsoft.

When searching on the internet, after entering the search name and hitting enter. The search results are on a Yahoo search page. I can't find any malware, extension, add-on that is associated with Yahoo. I did see a log that was in red that was associated with a website I attempted to convert a png file to a ico file. However, after downloading the software it was for converting PDF's to images. so I uninstalled it. it was after that Yahoo showed up. That log in web history was associated with the software.

I created an account on an old PC, in the account it is visible as kos-work-note, now I am on a new kos-ltop, and there is no data at all in the browser, why is that?

I've been trying to set up 2fA on my firefox account, the whole process seems to work, I downloaded the backup codes and entered one to confirm and then got confirmation that 2FA was enabled (see screenshot). However, after reloading the page 2fA is shown as being disabled and indeed if I try to log out then in again I'm not asked for a code. I've tried this a couple of times now and it does the same every time. The auth app I'm using is Aegis.

Does anyone knows why this is happening ? Thanks.

[Edit: I just saw that after each time I tried to set it up, in "recent account activity" I add an error saying "Two-step authentication failed" which doesn't really makes sense...]

Firefox (current version:137.0.2 64-bit) does not allow drag from outlook on the web and drop on windows 11 file explorer. It shows a forbidden sign when i am dropping on file explorer.

How this problem can be solved?

in FF 137.02 Win11Pro there is no reopen previous session option in the history menu, even though in settings, history, "firefox will" is set to remember history. We tried reinstalling FF. No luck.

Is there a way to reopen the previous session?

Has that feature been deleted?

I just downloaded firefox for the first time because Chrome disabled uBlocker. I have added uBlocker and 1Password as extensions, but neither of them are working on any webpage at all. I also can't pin extentions. I have restarted firefox and my computer several times. What do I do?

When you right-click on a window thumbnail, a menu should appear, but instead the window thumbnail just disappears. The screenshots show 1) a Firefox mini-window 2) a mini-window that just disappeared when you right-click 3) a mini-window of any other program 4) the menu that appeared is as it should be Otherwise the browser works absolutely fine for a long time. But this problem causes a lot of inconvenience because I have 2 monitors.

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. WHEN I SIGN INTO MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT, FIREFOX IS BLOCKING MY CONNECTION. IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO SECURESERVER.NET. I CANNOT ACCESS MY E-MAILS IN FIREFOX CURRENTLY. PLEASE HELP! ALL THE TECH PEOPLE SAID IT IS THE BROWSER????

I AM HAVING THE PROBLEM ON THE OTHER COMPUTER. I THINK THIS PC IS O.K.
