Recently, I haven't been able to download the browsing page as a PDF file. I want to mention that my file shows download complete(0B). Please fix my problem. Thank you.

Hello everyone!

When I click on a PDF file download link, it opens in a web page with the address starting with "blob:" and I can't download it. The file also doesn’t appear in my Downloads folder.

I’m on iPhone 13 Pro with IOS version 18.5. The version about Firefox is 142.1 (60552)

Do you have any idea why this is happening? Have a Nice day 🌞

I tried downloading an APK from memesAPK] but Firefox didn’t save it properly it just showed up weird instead of a normal APK file. Has anyone else run into this or know how to fix it?

I have been trying to save images from a game I play to file (locally). I've been doing this for years, but now all of a sudden within the last (week??) it's not doing it AT all.

For one thing it now opens my in-game image - into a whole new tab (which is absolutely bizarre and annoying!!)

When I DO go to 'right click' on this image to save, I have it PRE-SET to go to my preferred location to save as a PNG file.

I go to windows explorer and it's NOT there. I try it again! Saving it as a JPG, NOT THERE.

Restarted the browser... tried again (resumed the game, got to the place where I wanted the screenshot..it's an ingame 'screen shooter' that's worked for me for years in Opera and Chrome).

It GRABS the screenshot, no problem! But to save the image (no matter the file format) it WILL NOT DO ITTttttttttttttttt

I am going bonkers. I have double checked the file path. I've given it a VERY Specific name JUST in case if I DID save it somewhere 'stupid' lol!! I've checked my 'screenshots' folder! (Which is also bizarre to me!) These images *Are noooooooooowhere*

This is a very new thing for this browser (For me!)

i've gone through my Firefox settings insofar as I can see - with a fine tooth comb. I've cleared ALL CACHE and TMP folders, REBOOTED the system, restarted my browser (which is supposedly fully up-to-date! I Check on this *Daily*)

Can you please help me out here?? this is driving me bat sh*t crazy I'm the desktop PC/Windows 11. i've run scans for drivers! For any system updates! My browsers are ALL up to date!

I tried running this in Opera and it works!! But I need to keep things separate and chose Firefox for this particular game (in-browser).

I am at a loss and can't think of what else I can try to do! (if there's a setting I've over looked! if this is a known issue... I have lost the patience to try and filter through the help pages I'm so sorry) this has put me to my wits end.

When I click to download a file off of a webpage using firefox on my iphone (ios 26.2.1.), the page just reloads itself and nothing happens. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app; restarting my phone; and toggling different settings options in firefox and on my phone, but I cannot get anything to download.

This keeps happening - not an isolated incident.

The option to open a dialog box to upload a file becomes non-existent. Concurrently, I'm unable to download and save files.

This is resolved when Mozilla releases an update and I can update my browser. Then eventually something happens and the features stop working. It's like a download fails and then blocks further ones. However, there isn't something obviously stuck in my downloads history.

I can't seem to close my browsers and reopen it to fix, have to wait for an update but this always resolves it. This has happened at least a dozen times now. It is NOT my operating system.

This is wildly frustrating.

Hello, I am having problems downloading a torrents. When I hit magnet nothing happens, looks like its being blocked for some reason. I disabled Defender but that didn't help..

 Any help would be greatly appreciated .

obviously you think everyone is a programmer by the was your system does not work doing updates !!

I am hoping your not expecting an 80 year old lady to fix your lack of diligence? or should i just eliminate your program?

Recently, I can't download content; esp. PDF's. I click on a PDF file link, and nothing happens. No error message, no acknowledgement all. I have cleared all data, set security to Standard without relief. I've set the PDF Action to "Always Ask" yet get no dialog box on clicking on a PDF link. Other browsers work just fine. Is it time to switch browsers?
