When I try to sync and save from a firebox tab I get an error message that says it didn’t work and asks to reload. I try to reload and it doesn’t reload but keeps giving me the same error. I am trying to sync to my iPhone 15. Please help and thank you

I am logged into my FF account of a laptop, tablet, phone, and desktop. All of them sync settings and open tabs without any trouble except for my phone (Android, Pixel 7a).

I can only get the phone to sync tabs by logging out and logging back in.

This has been an issue for months, but previously it would work if I restarted FF (or sometimes when I restarted my phone). It now only works by logging out and then back in.

What's odd is that it appears to still sync my search history. I could be mistaken, but sometimes when I visit a new tab it appears that the same url will autocomplete when I am on my laptop. But, the tab being open on my phone does not appear in the "Show tabs from other devices" or "View recent browsing across windows and devices" areas.

I need someone to help me figure out how to export my Firefox passwords to my mobile phone. I'm trying to follow the instructions that are on the laptop but I'm just totally baffled. PLEASE HELP! YEAH HOW DO I SEND THE MOTHERFUCKER

I just purchased an android tablet to replace my old one. I'd like to transfer all of the log in names and passwords saved in Mozilla to the new tablet. Is there a way to do that?

Whenever I click on sign in after email and password it gets stuck on same page.

There is no response or loading after clicking sign in. It doesn’t proceed further.

After reinstalling the app, I can no longer set up Sync since the accounts.firefox.com is loading infinitely. I understand that the iOS version is old but is there possibly a way to log in somehow?

I’ve been using Firefox on my iOS device, and I’m trying to sync my bookmarks across devices. However, it seems like the bookmarks from my desktop are not showing up on my iPhone. I have already logged into my Firefox account on both devices and enabled sync for bookmarks.

Could you please guide me on how to properly sync bookmarks between Firefox on desktop and Firefox for iOS? Are there any additional steps or settings I need to check?

The online directions say that after logging in to Firefox on the desktop, that I should open the android app, click Settings and the click Sync and Save. But there is no Sync icon (see attachment) on the phone(android 14). On the laptop if I click on dd another Device it just takes me back to the same instructions. How do I sync the phone and computer?

Hi how do I get all my old device firefox information synchronised to my new phone. All I seem to have got is my bookmarks. I have not got my collections, history or other information.

My old device is dead. Got a new Samsung but I am unable to synchronised my old firefox profile including bookmarks, history etc as the old profile is not on the list.

I need to recover my old profile onto my new device

My bookmarks & open tabs are not syncing between my Mac and iPhone. Mac Firefox version 129.0.1. IOS version 129.1. When I search help for how to sync, the instructions start with Select sync & save data from the Firefox menu, but there isn’t any such item in the menu. What’s going on here?

I use uBlock Origin on Firefox Mobile and Desktop, and my custom filters are not being synced across the two instances. Is this something Firefox could get support for in the future?

Can this be done? I am old and confused. I'm not sure this is possible. When I use me samsung tablet with firefox all the shortcuts are there. They no longer show up on my mac desktop. Is it possible to get online help to manage this?

I am unable to sync pretty much anything from my computer. Below are the set of actions I did to try to force sync.

• Turn off Bookmark Sync in computer, press sync, turn Bookmark Sync back on, press sync. Checked my iPhone and still no bookmarks were sync (already pressed “sync” in settings).
• Log out of my account, delete the app, restart my iPhone, reinstall the app, log in my account, press “sync”, still doesn’t sync my bookmarks.

NOTE: I used another computer, logged into my account, and the bookmarks, password, auto fill in etc all synced to the second computer. Therefore, I suspect that this is the problem with iOS Firefox rather than Firefox server. I have also tried to use cellular data on the above two bullet points to no avail.
