This is absolutely insane. I set up a email account(also did about a year ago) and I can not get back to my mail. Why in gods name is it so difficult? I have multiple email accounts with most all the major email websites and this one is utterly impossible to use. I just keep ending up in the same spot with no information to help get out of the endless circle. I don't even know if I could find my way back to here. I will give you my email address to try and get something more constructive than the past two days. I want to make mozilla products my main users for all my different platforms to simplify my life but I am having my doubts about thunderbird. So far it is a useless time waster. I'm shocked that this is under the Mozilla name. I normally associate Mozilla with high quality, easy to use products. My goal is to have all the phones, tablets,laptops, and desktops operating on linux and mozilla. Thank you in advance. X@yahoo.com

Hello, In FF 152.0.5 (aarch64) on macOS 26.5.2, I am noticing that every website that has a checkbox in a form does not work the way it should. The only indication that the box is checked is a slight "highlight" around the edge of the box, nothing actually in the box. See attached screenshot from the USPS website.

Also, the NO checkbox wasn't even visible until I clicked the area next to it. It was just blank.

I've seen this for set-up pages for WordPress plugins and on standard contact forms (using CF7 plugin) where the checkboxes so very little or no interaction to the user at all.

Grant it, I know now what to look for and how to use these. But any standard user is going to be absolutely confused by this unintended (I Hope) browser behavior.

I have trouble with the lack of clear outlines in Thunderbird.

In particular:

1. the lack of a line between the message header and the message body makes it harder to find the right spot to scroll messages

2. the lack of a line between the nav-sidebar and each section in settings means I *cannot* scroll settings without getting migraines from the @#$%% nav-sidebar. I have to tab several times and then page down.

I can't enable a high-contrast theme within Thunderbird. I can enable it at system level, but it breaks many other apps, and it breaks my cursor and highlight color settings, and I have to recreate those settings each time.

I can search for "contrast," or "outline," under themes, for example: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/search/?q=outline&cat=themes&appver=148.0&platform=WINNT

I can't tell which themes are supposed to fix what; I tried 4 of the resulting themes, some added other outlines, but none added the needed outlines I listed above.

Tried to download Firefox onto my android mobile, but it kept saying I have to get the app from google.

Due to my ‘thing’ about internet security, I will not use google at any price!

Can you direct me to where I might get the app elsewhere, please?

Despite the fact that I have set Thunderbird to display messages as plain text, my needs are not being fully respected. If the message contains some form of markup, presumably HTML, the font size is not what I have chosen. Generally, the font size is smaller than what I have specified in the Thunderbird settings.

This is unacceptable. It is a usability / accessibility issue. If the user chooses Plain Text and sets a font size, they have done that for a reason. Which is accessibility. If Thunderbird ignores the needs of users and applies styling rules to messages, that is a failure state.

Is there some way to actually, truly, absolutely display all messages as plain text in a specified font, weight, and size? If not, what is the protocol for reaching developers so that they can respond to this issue?

All of a sudden, i can not log on to my email accounts. I get a "failed" message for all 3 accounts. I get this message. Login to server mail.westpeake.com with username redacted@westpeake.com failed. Brian West www.westpeake.com

Despite having receiving an invite (an email titled-Your Smart Window invitation is waiting) to try the Smart Window, on click, I land on a screen for joining the waitlist.

Wondering if I'm alone facing this or it is just another bug.

I have a visual impairment. Iwould like to use Thunderbird for Android but after installation AND BEFORE CONFIGURING ANY EMAIL ACCOUNT, I need to play with it (specially settings), so I can check whether I can use it or not. Things like font size, theme and colors are crucial. But Thunderbird does not allow this. It requires an email account. It is a bit ridiculous, I don-t even know if I'll be able to use it!!!

TB is hung up on my late husband's computer and none of the suggestions made has released it. Current advisors are Windows people and this is an old Mac Mini running OS 10.13. One of your advisors solved a similar problem two years ago and David told me I could open that message by clicking on Robert as question originator. I have numerous Ionos email addresses. No problem seeing all received emails in Thunderbird app on my Windows PC. But Android app does not show some emails, despite synchronising numerous times. Problem is often with emails not showing in the unified inbox on the Android app. Also a problem with sent emails not showing. Today I looked for an email I had sent four days ago, and it was not in my Android sent folder. Synchronised, still not there. Synchronised again, still not there. Went online to Ionos and opened the sent email. Synchronised Android Thunderbird again and then it appeared. Why can't Anroid Thunderbird see certain emails? Problem seems to be especially bad with emails I have previously opened in Thunderbird on my Windows PC. Doing so seems to make the emails invisible to Android Thunderbird.

I just wonder if it’s the right version because sometimes your phone will download the wrong version. It’s outdated version and you don’t really know so if this is possible, I would really wanna make sure I have the right version for iPhone and I use default for Firefox sometimes it works very well and sometimes it doesn’t make it move to imagery and colors in the pictures of like the award that you go in when you go to tycoon so that’s why I’m not asking you shouldn’t be that way.
