1st I am 90 yrs old. Been using this app since it was created. Never a problem until these new updates.

Was trying to delete old file (like the old program (block and hit delete). Found some message about deleting Trash folder and things I did not and do not understand. I now have LOST all my data, emails, addresses, everything.

I tried deleting the program and downloading a new copy. Did not work.

App Will not let me create an account. It keeps searching forever and have to cancel. App can't find my google password and just locks up. I only have two gmail addresses. I can access them by going to gmail.com but all my folders are not there. I need HELP please.

I can't even update my address file at the gmail site as I have no access to anything from TB. I am a research genealogist and now have lost all my saved research information.

I tried to do the fix using userChrome.css but it just didn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Also the fullscreen animation fix using the about:config settings doesn't work either.

I have no idea how this has happened, but Firefox will no longer allow me to search for anything. When did it become my default browser? I need to change it and cannot figure out how. I'm getting very annoyed at getting the notice that sites are not available.

Bonjour, Voilà, depuis une mise à jour de Windows 11 la kb 5054979 et la kb 5055523 fêtent ensemble j'arrive à accéder à Firefox à l'aide de la souris mais dès que je tape au clavier Firefox plante. J'ai essayer la mise à jour des pilotes du clavier croyant à un problème de drivers mais il est à jour. J'ai désinstallé les mises à jour mais rien n'y fait J'aimerai savoir d’où peu provenir le problème ?. Firefox envoie bien des infos sur le plantage et essaye de remettre les onglets mais le problème reste le même. merci pour votre aide ? Je n'ai rien trouvé correspondant à mon problème dans les articles d'aide

When I click on a link to open a page, there ia a read and sign docs message which blocks part of the page and can not be removed. I don't want this blocking my page.
