I am having this error I have tried logging back in, can download mail but not send any. Any ideas? Thank you

So when I did a search in Firefox Android via Google I noticed that the search results were in chinese. I checked on my other browsers (Opera and Chrome) and their search results are still in English. Yes, I am using WARP by 1.1.1.1 but if that's the cause then the other broswers should have been in chinese too. I tried doing clear cache then clear storage but it was still in chinese when I did my first search in that resetted Firefox. Might be relevant information: I had uBlock Origin installed when I first experienced it and after I did the clear cache and storage thing.

I was using TB like normally on windows 11 when it crashed. Now every time i try to open the app it prompts me to send in a crash report, but every time i press "restart thunderbird" a new window with crash report shows up. I have tried writing a comment, checking and unchecking all the boxes and pressing quit thunderbird. But i still get sent into the loop.

The VPN was working a couple of days ago, but now if I switch it on, the browser is unable to use any website. The country is displayed in the bottom left corner as "Australia" even though I set the VPN to Canada.

I would like to install the Pangram extension to Firefox. Can you check it to see if it is ok? It seem like a reliable company and I think it will help me sort out AI generated content from human.

I'm on Windows 11. After I added some plug-ins and extensions to replace the ones that went missing during your last update, my bookmarks also went missing. (They were there before I replaced the plug-ins and extensions.) I followed your instructions on how to access my bookmark back ups, and found them. However, everytime, I tried to install one of the backups, I ended up with no bookmarks at all in Firefox.

Please help, I have no access to any of my accounts!

On Ununtu 24.04 I did an update and youtube doesn't work on FIrefox 152.0.4. I did an update from the Software updater and videos don't play on youtube any more. I go to youtube, click on a suggested video and it goes to that page and everything shows up except the video window. I have the title and the comments and the row of suggested videos on the right, but no video player and no video. Someone suggested I push the F12 key and look under console and there is an error there, a sourcemap error and that it isn't a valid URL . I don't know what that means. I asked on the AskUbuntu site but they get really far down in the weeds and I have no idea what they are asking or saying. I thought I'd see if you guys might know. thanks

I'm getting off a Verizon phone account and want to export my contacts before I do. I use an (old!) iPhone 8 so I can't export using their Verizon Cloud app because my operating system is too old. Is there a way to import into Thunderbird using a USB cord? Or is there a recommended non-evil app that could allow me to do the same with my phone contacts?

fonts.googleapis.com is locking up websites for 40 to 60 seconds per keystroke. I have researched this problem and tried everything suggested, but nothing works. Much of the solutions include changing the settings used on menus which no longer exist. accounts.google.com is doing the same thing. This is driving me nuts. Help!!! Latest version of Firefox. Windows 11 desktop computer.

Hello, yesterday my 2025 Macbook restarted on it's own and my Firefox browser restarted too, and while it brought me back to all the tabs I had open, every single one of my bookmarks has disappeared. I only have one profile. All my extensions are working properly. The bookmarks sidebar and toolbar are both completely wiped clean. I've tried to go through the backup and restore options provided in this community previously, but going into my library and clicking 'backup' or 'restore' has done nothing. How can I recover my bookmarks? I had been saving small business links for years that are now just gone for seemingly no reason.

Hello Thunderbird. I have used the product for years across Win95, Win7. I have graphics trouble with Win10 after an update last year. Some times the email text has strange colours and the odd missing character. Opening an attachment always has funny yellow or green chunky background. Zoom +/- cures this. See attachments. The display driver is AMD Radeon graphics. 504MB used. Single screen. The processor is AMD A10-9700 Radeon R7, 10 Compute cores. 8GB RAM The machine is a standard out of the box HP Pavilion PC 570. ON thunderbird no extensions or themes. Hope you can help! Thanks Mike

I have been told to disable my ad-blocker by some commercial web sites and I understand that. But I am also not seeing charts and other non-ad items on web sites such as this one: https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/alcohols-health-myth-over-how-tell-patients-2026a1000map?ecd=wnl_tp10_daily_260703_MSCPEDIT_etid8475291&uac=146695DK&impID=8475291. I don't want to change my default browser but this is a recent development that seems to be impairing my viewing of pertinent items placed on legitimate web sites. I've completed all the required information when trying to add an account to Thunderbird. The Account Hub finds my email address at Posteo and loads the configuration found out the provider. I then add my password, which I know to be correct as I've only just created it. But Thunderbird keeps telling me there is an "authentication error". I'm at a loss to know what the error is.

Since the last update, I have noticed that some websites/webpages are no longer available, one of which is Lincoln Financial. I can only get so far and I get errors. It is NOT on Lincoln Financial's end, as the site/pages open perfect in Chrome and Safari. This is something new with the security/privacy in Firefox, I am assuming. I need to be able to access this sight, as it is my Long Term Disability site/page, which I need to have communications with.

I think this is going to have to be dealt with on more than a simple help thread. this is going to have to be dealt with with tech support.

Hi, I have two accounts in my Thunderbird. They are Gmail (regular gmail account) and CFCC (an institutional account). The CFCC shows up in my Unified Folder list but the Gmail does not. Is that normal? The main Inbox is showing all incoming emails from both accounts so no performance issues, just wondering how to get rid of the CFCC (if that's possible) to eliminate clutter. All of my history except of today's has disappeared. I did not erase my history, and really need it back. I did try to remove a couple of sites from my Most Visited, as Firefox was saving all sorts of sites I don't really visit often. In addition, I am being asked to sign in with my password at every site I go to where as before I was automatically allowed to enter, as all my passwords are saved. What happened - and how can I get back to normal?
