Hello. I have put my language everywhere on the settings which is latvian. For possible translations i have only put english. Some pages, for example, whatsapp web is showing in russian ( i mean the app data for sure, not the messages), also some homepages i use open automatically in russian. How can i put latvian by default or if its not available for the homepage, put english automatically?

Hi 😊 I’m trying to resolve my sisters’ issue with Thunderbird, and I know nothing about Thunderbird. When I open Thunderbird, I have an issue in that the Archive folder is there but no content is shown

Yet if I go to where the files are they seem to be there. They were working but I accidentally deleted the folder and out of the trash folder as well. If I go into “C:\Users\Sue\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Archives.sbd” where the emails and folders are, they seem to be there but not showing in Thunderbird when I click on any folder in Archive and are appear top be very small, i.e. empty.

I have screen shots if you require but thought not appropriate at this stage.

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

I am running Thunderbird on WIndows 10. I have eight different email accounts, but only one profile.

This morning on startup, all accounts and folders were gone and the "open your account" tab was open.

After several hours of frantic searching on the net, I took the most recent profile "prefs-9" and used it to overwrite "prefs.js" This brought back all my local folders and saved emails.

However, the email accounts used to be Wotsit@gmail followed by Inbox, Sent, Draft etc. Now the first account name has been moved, leaving behind its old Inbox, Sent etc with the correct email count but nothing at all in the right hand pane. The account header has re-appeared amongst other account headers but with nothing in the Inbox, Sent etc.

What I need to do is make all the emails visible in the "headerless" section, and return the correct header above them.

Here is what it sort of looks like -

Inbox (3) 2100 Sent 998 Drafts

Then further down after other accounts - Wotsit@gmail.com Inbox Sent Drafts

How can I move the Wotsit header back to where it should be?

So I have multiple email accounts. When using folder mode I want to show all the email account inboxes in the unified inbox interface. All but one email account inbox shows up. I do see the email where are the email addresses are showing. But not in the unified inbox area. why is that?

Settings When i go to Folder Mode - Enable, Unified Folders result: all accounts except 1 shows up. question: why wouldn't that account only not show up? And how do I fix it?

When choosing biometrics for 2-factor authentication, sometimes Firefox will only prompt for a physical hardware key, and Touch ID does not work. Support for built-in biometrics is inconsistent.

With the moving of Cox emails to Yahoo would it be feasible for Thunderbird to put an instruction list(with screenshots) of how to get all our TB email accounts from Cox to TB? Do we have to delete all our TB email accounts and re-enter them into TB under the new Yahoo or can we just change the server settings on the existing Cox settings? If just changing server settings what are the settings for the new yahoo? All my accounts are IMAP so if instructions could be made, maybe one for IMAP and one for POP for those who use either. I'm considering purchasing Mozilla monitor Plus. How many email addresses will I be able to have scanned if I sign up for that product? My wife & I currently have 3 email addresses we use.

Most of the time I cannot print my emails because an "add blocker" is installed. So now, I no longer use Firefox, since when I use Microsoft, I have no such problem.

why can't I use the lingq importer extention? I get a message for all my extentions that says: firefox extension can't read and change data on this site. It's preventing me from using the LingQ importer extention.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

Hello, I did look for related posts but found nothing close enough to this so I thought I would create a post. I don't ever recall having this issue before v102 was introduced but now it happens once in a while but not always.

If I am in the inbox of my main mail account and choose to delete a message, it goes away and then reappears almost immediately. There is a box that shows up at the bottom right of the screen that says: The current operation on inbox did not succeed. The mail server for account (my main mail account is shown) responded: UID MOVE failed. This account is in Canada on the Bell Canada network so perhaps it is an ISP issue?

I have 3 mail accounts set up - all IMAP. If I close TB and reopen it, the message is gone as if it required the program to close in order to complete the delete request.

I have 4 accounts with different names but all with the same domain name (name1@samedomain.com, name2@samedomain.com ...). The first one set up perfectly and works. The 2nd and the 3rd can't retrieve mail from the server (didn't try the 4th yet). The SSL ports are the same for all. The passwords happen to be the same for all. (I haven't tried changing the 2nd and 3rd passwords as that seems unlikely to be the problem.) When initially setting up the 2nd or the 3rd I get a "Sending of password for user name2@samedomain.com did not succeed. Mail server pop.yyy.zzz responded: [AUTH Authentification failed." I've checked the passwords on both the client and the server ends multiple times and they are the same. Then, of course, periodically I get a pop-up with "Login to server pop.xxx.yyy with username name2@samedomain.com failed. When I go to the Account Settings screen with the 3 accounts and click on each Server Settings one after another, the only thing that changes is the User Name, yet the first account receives mail and the other 2 don't so everything is correctly set up. As an aside, I CAN SEND emails from the 2nd and 3rd accounts but can only RECEIVE and SEND from the 1st. Any help appreciated.

The program says I now have 11 emails which haven't been opened but there are no emails to open, just emails received previously. Apparently I am receiving but they are not visible to me. what happened and how to fix. I'm an amateur and don't understand computer commands.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.
