I noticed an Other Bookmarks folder in my bar yesterday. Clicking on it showed 3 bookmarks: One labeled as move: https://www.lyricsondemand.com/tvthemes/rawhidelyrics.html One for Google And one for my bank account with log in information all filled in so that you only had to click submit to get into my bank account

I didn't create any of these. What is most disturbing is my bookmark for my bank account log in is first enter username, hit submit, then password is auto-filled in the next screen, hit submit to log in and see account details.

Again, I didn't create any of these!!! How can I see when they were created?

Can I see how they were created?

Anything else?

This is of course very disturbing!

I have changed my log in and password and checked off every notification feature in my online banking privacy area.

Starting today, amazon web pages are not updating correctly. The amazon web page appears normal till I sign in, then it doesn't update "cart" contents or show account holders name or list any "Lists" when accessing account saved lists. I have deleted entire history, and all cookies and caches X 3. I Rebooted computer along with a "system command control reset" and still the pages are not loading correctly. Short of reinstalling "Firefox" what more can I do? Are there any "Preference" files or files with specific extensions I can delete? Thank you. Gerard

Each attempt to log in to my bank account, using Firefox browser straight up, results in an access denied refusal. If I go to Duckduckgo.com and search for my bank, I can access the bank account. I wonder if you have other complaints/comments to that effect, too. It is an aggravation and my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU), did not have a solution but suggested I contact Firefox direct.

After updating FF to 115.1.0esr (MAC) I cannot get the Walmart website to work. The home page comes up but it immediately goes to the account log in page [ sign in or create your account ] ( https://www.walmart.com/account/login?vid=oaoh&tid=0&returnUrl=%2F ). I have deleted all FF cookies etc.

It has been doing this for several days, since the update.

I've used Firefox for years on my iMac with its 5K display. The UI was fine. Today I had to delete and then re-install Firefox because the program had started crashing repeatedly. I lost a lot of bookmarks & tabs. Upon opening the new install, I saw that Firefox now shows a miniaturized UI that is very difficult to read. I refer to the UI elements (tabs, bookmarks bar, URL/search field), not the web pages themselves. As part of the installation, I went through all the settings, and I didn't see any controls for the sizes of UI elements. So I searched the internet and found many reports of similar problems over many years. I tried a few suggested changes to about:config settings. Nothing has worked. I am exasperated. What am I missing? Can anyone help?

I just installed Firefox on my iPhone and can't seem to sufficiently customize the homescreen. Specifically I can't find a way to delete 'Amazon sponsored' and 'Expedia sponsored' from the buttons that appear. I don't have use for these or any other corporate sponsored buttons and don't want to see them. My goal is to take better advantage of syncing to Firefox for Mac, and these buttons seriously interfere. It's also not letting me change the order of the buttons to better match my laptop screen. Please advise.

We were repeatedly told that Thunderbird was no longer part of Mozilla, which also implied that it was not to be connected with Firefox, but all questions regarding Thunderbird (and apparently all else) now open a Firefox link!

You have made organizational changes without clarifying those changes to us.

Mozilla now is apparently Firefox, but I surmise that only by what I get when I attempt to go to one of the FOUR related sites I had to sign up for separately a long time ago. Not that anyone has set anything up to direct us to the new "front door," which is the MAIN problem.

Which four? 1) Support.mozilla.org/eng-US/ 2) Bugzilla 3) MozillaZine and Mozilla messaging 4) As well as the unannounced, unshepherded transition of Mozilla now being identified as Firefox.

My keeper add-on needs me to enable permissions for a new feature (Access Browser Activity while Navigating), but I can't find anywhere to enable that permission. In my add-on manager page in firefox it lists the Keeper extension, but gives no option to enable the needed permission. Can anyone help me out?

I've lost all my open tabs....and I can see them in history, but when I open any historical item,...it loads it over the top of the only open tab I now have...as a result I only have one tab. Its a mess what have you done?

Back when I used Chrome, there used to be an option when you could right-click a word and get an option in the context menu to "look up". In Firefox this doesn't seem to be the case. Is there a way to enable this? Dear community, I have used firefox for years now and I had it synced with my email adressed. Today I wanted to login with a second profile (from my work) (I did this via about:profiles, adding a new profile) and when I logged back into my private email I had to change the password since I forgot. Suddenly ALL my user data was deleted, my passwords, my bookmarks, my history. It even shows in my profile that I just opend the account with that email adress now, today, even though I had my account for years. ALL my data is lost. PLEASE help! I am desperate. Thank you sooo much <3

Hi everyone

I can no longer drag a bookmark to a folder and insert it where I need to in the folder, which previously was very useful.

Now when I drag a bookmark and try to insert it where I need to it defaults to inserting it as the first / top bookmark in the folder. Which means I have to drag it a second time to its desired position.

Please could anyone advise about how to get the functionality back.

I added a screenshot of youtube having flickering while video is being played, it is a bit hard to see but there is a slightly brighter stripe on the grey background and picture cant depict flickering; it starts immediately after video is started and stops after 3-4 sec after video is paused, like there is some background activity behind youtube foreground. I understand my comp is weak (Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB 8 GB, 2133 MHz LPDDR3), but not that much, please help

Hi. When I am on Outlook email account, it stopped doing spell and grammer check, which usually indicates with red wave underline idit's incorrect. It was working before. I conatcted Outlook already. After testing, it works with Safari browser on computer, and Android on my mob. Only when I use Firefox, which I have been using for years. I checked Firefox settings, and it's ticked on automatic correction. I did a few times untick and tick again, turned off and on computer. But still no luck. Why??? Please help.
