For some reason, my main email account does not offer a > to open up the various folders like the inbox, drafts... making it very difficult to view my messages. HOw do I get this back to its original form?

Why Firefox is unable to bring customising options for homepage and toolbar for mobile users in all these years despite other browsers upping their game with user feedbacks and newer browsers bringing exactly what the users want?

Big phones, too many bookmarks, can't remove or hide home button icon on URL bar, no download manager, no options to add home shortcuts or speed dials on Firefox homepage no navigation buttons at bottom, no DNS, is this Firefox in 2024 and 2025?

Hi Everyone,

I have Thunderbird installed on two computers. When I receive messages that are in plain text, on one computer they are being displayed in a modified format with whitespace and carriage returns removed. On the second computer the messages are not being reformatted.

What setting do I need to change so that plain text messages are not automatically reformatted?

The trouble is that these messages are written with the contents displayed out in a nice table format, and when they are reformatted it makes them very hard to read.

I have tried searching for the answer myself, but I haven't been able to find anything that directly relates to this question.

My nice big Search bar just below your logo is useless? When I highlight it, the curser blinks inside it, but when I start typing my search info it automatically types it into the small address bar on top?? I much rather use the SEARCH BAR!!!! I was able to before. Whqat's goingon??

I have moved from Mailbird to Thunderbird, a pat on my back I am really satisfied. I use POP3 so all my emails are downloaded to my computer. I keep two years of incoming and sent emails in Local Folders as follows: email account 1 year 2023 > Folders and subfolders organized per topic year 2022 > Folders and subfolders organized per topic The same for three other accounts. These occupy a lot of disk space, so I want to archive each email account with its folders and subfolders and move them to an external drive. Is this possible with Thunderbird? Please help enodio enobri17@gmail.com

all my incoming emails are now coming in with a box around each one (said box turns green when selected) How can I revert back to the normal list I am used to getting ? Thanks in anticipation. Anthea

I live in a rural area without cable or DSL broadband. Our only options are Satellite or wireless. The wireless version is either cellular or over the air microwave. We chose the over the air version with a dish about 18"

in diameter.  My ISP's network enters the net somewhere west of Fort Worth.  I am about 100 miles away.  Is there a procedure to manually set my location so the store and restaurant locations are relevant to me?  Thanks for the help.

Not really a question but I don't know where else to report bugs, and the developer suggested I post details here. I don't see a bug report forum.

As of version 130, the youtube mobile website does not render popup and floating menus properly anymore (no issues prior to this). The bar at the bottom of the screen for navigation between home, subscriptions etc will completely disappear at random after watching a video and hitting the back button. Also, popup menus (hide a video/ report a video /ignore a channel etc) will be too low and clip off the bottom of the screen. They are displayed behind the android navigation bar, making the lower options impossible to press, and the touch point is misaligned with the text option (pressing one option will give you the result of another option as though you had pressed that button instead.

These issues occur after watching one or two videos and hitting the back button. Functionality is restored by closing the tab or browser and reopening. Reloading the page does not appear to fix it.

I have changed email address and would like to have an auto reply sent to the sender to alert them to the fact that the email address has changed. I will still need to receive the intended email, but just a return email saying please be advised that our email address has changed to xxx@xxx.com, just for a month or so. Any help will be appreciated.

told by several people they had had suspicious messages purporting to come from me. Contacted Virgin Media, eventually got a new password, and was assured I would now get e mails as normal. This did not happen. Tried again, got a password for external apps, but still no success. No e mails are appearing even on the Virgin Media site. Any suggestions most welcome.

Hi, Problem nº1:

I'd like to know why my address books have disappeared after downgrading from 115 to version 102.15.1. 

Like many others it seems I really didn't/don't like 115 at all, so after a lot of faffing about I've managed to change it back to 102.15.1 (64bit ). Now it looks better, familiar and more intuitive but, my address books have disappeared, both collected and personal. Now if I want to send an email I have to look up the complete email address ( if I can find it ! ) rather than just entering the first one or two letters.

Problem nº2:

When I get an email from a company which usually has an image at the top, all I'm seeing is a box with a broken image sign and no way to show the image.

Any help with these two problems will be very much appreciated, as long as it's in easy to understand English and not in computer geek speak which I'd need a degree in computer science to understand! Thanks Alf
