Hey, i just came home from work, started firefox and got suprised by the latest update...and another suprise. My entire Firefox got WIPED, i mean.. EVERYTHING. booksmarks, passwords, settings. I'm sitting here with an totally clean, like new installed firefox...and i'm angry AF right now.

I've tried going in safe mode, turning of my Facebook container. Deleting cache. Signing out of Facebook. Also adjusting the backspace key in my Config. Having no problems on my Android phone or when using Opera. It's on on Firefox and on Facebook. FACEBOOK screen suddenly moves to the bottom of the screen when I am typing a comment. Whenever I hit SHIFT+alpha_letter at the beginning of a line OR simply hit the backspace key, the screen suddenly shifts to the very bottom of the page again even if I have tried to scroll the page back up to the middle of the screen manually. This shifts the entry area where I'm typing down and sometimes off of the visible screen entirely. Just hitting the backspace to correct a typo causes the screen to scroll on its own. I have to scroll back down to the entry box and if I make another typo, it happens again.

Getting error message on mozilla when try to log into godaddy, same message does not occur on microsoft edge, went through all possible godaddy glitches, they say it isn't one of theirs, rather the browser

I have never wanted, do not want, and will never want any website to push notifications to my desktop computer. I don't even really want any websites (or your browser) to push notifications to my phone.

Fuckin let me block them with a global settings policy instead of having to click the no button for every piece of shit website that thinks I care about them enough to get nagged in my free time

When i"m trying to open the Firefox, an error message is coming as "Hmm. That address doesn’t look right.

While I'm doing my emails, I get a yellow error message: this page is slowing down your browser. To speed it up, close this page. That's my hotmail inbox. Happens often. If I close the hotmail then reopen it it works ok for a while, then does that again. And in general it's slow. Feels like firefox and hotmail are at war with each other...

In order to reproduce:

(a verification code is sent to the email or phone assigned with your account) 9. enter verification code 10. page will redirect to https://app.klarna.com/ and will show a frame where to adjust settings about how klarna will collect data by tracking technologies. 11. click on any button to close that frame (accept all / required settings only,...) ---> Does not work :-(

Cannot delete items added to cart on patioslingsite.com using Firefox. Works ok using Google and Microsoft Edge browers. Using latest Firefox update on my Windows 10 OS and tried a few setting changes in Firefox without resolve. Is there a particular setting that needs to be changed or is there something else going on?

PLEASE help me find a way around this 'so called' improvement of auto downloading any attachment or file to my Downloads folder without any choice from me. I have checked the 'always ask' in General settings - this functionality DOES NOT WORK - IT IS A waste of time. When prompt asks what you want to do, it auto downloads IN THE BACKGROUND even if you say open and do NOT check save option. This is a MAJOR frustration, makes extra work for me to have to remember to go back to Downloads to delete all these files that just pile up, where I separately saved-off the file as usual to my other, separate intended directory. We should have the right to make that decision on whether or not we want to save it to our computers and take up space. PLEASE REVERSE THAT FUNCTIONALITY TO WHAT IS WAS BEFORE. THANK YOU>

I am running Firefox 99.0.1. Lately (probably since the last update) when browsing the web, Firefox will lockup and not be responsive to clicks on hyper links. The issue goes away when I close Firefox and re-open, but after clicking on 3 or four links, it locks up again. MS Edge does not have this problem with the same websites. I did notice in Task Manager that Firefox is opening up 10 processes. Can anyone give some suggestions?

recently I had my windows 10 reinstalled and had to reinstall firefox before the reinstate of operating system I had a video add on for facebook that would let me save a video to my desktop so i can send to facebook or send privately in facebook chat> had an add on that did that but i can not find it anywhere. again i had forgotten the name i think it was browser downloader but not sure. I forgot the name but loved it also now after reinstalling fire fox in the setting where it says application and defaults i do not see my mp4 which is windows media player listed there. I am sending a screen shot to you

Firefox Freeze after today's update when attaching files on Gmail. Crashed multiple times HELP !!!

Then as you search for your file the attachment window , it freezes the entire browser.
