Someone has hacked my firefox browser it saying desktop and I have a andriod can yall help

Trying to scan from my a53 to pair things up and it keeps thinking I used my phones camera despite using the button in the app from the url bar on android. Just like it says to do here. I can't for the life of figure out why it thinks I'm using the camera when I only did that once then figured out to use the app(really wish it was also in the menu next to the tab count as well....).

This morning I had trouble updating my Firefox after the new update. Went to our IT people, who uninstalled Firefox, and installed a new one. The new one updated fine. However, I had forgotten my password, and had to reset it when logging in into the newly installed Firefox. Now I am logged in, but cannot see any of my bookmarks, etc. Essentially Firefox is treating my account as a new one and does not remember any of my settings. Is there anything I can do to recover my settings and bookmarks?

Such BAD customer service -- oh yeah, we aren't CUSTOMERS cause Firefox is FREE. Right now that is EXACTLY WHAT FIREFOX and MOZILLA are worth -- NOTHING, NADA, ZERO, TRASH! I had issues with my computer which got me into a situation where i had to delete all partitions of my drives, starting from 0. Signing in my firefox account in a fresh win install suddenly recovers NOTHING and i am now panicking as i had very important accounts & passwords, bookmarks, tabs, extensions, etc. I have tried other devices too without any luck. I need help recovering all these asap.
