This is a followup to my recent question about unable to login to account. I continued to troubleshoot the issue and noticed for tha first time in the heading of the error message "login to account RoadRunner/TWC' failed. It offers to allow me to enter a new password. I don't think I ever did specifically choose a password. Should I/Can I enter a new password? See uploaded image.

アカウントを一度ログアウトしてしまい、ログインしようとしたところパスワードがわからない状態です。

試したログイン方法は、サンダーバードのアプリを開き、新しいアカウント(N)→メール(E)から必要事項を入力。 パスワードを求められた画面で、わからなくなってしまった場合のボタンなどが無く、ログインが出来なくなってしまいました。

そもそもログイン方法が違うのでしょうか？

パスワード変更について調べると、 設定→プライバシーとセキュリティ→保存されているパスワードからという方法が出てきましたが、中には何も保存されていませんでした、(これはログアウト状態だから見れないのでしょうか？)

なにか別の方法で、パスワードを変更、もしくは確認する方法をご存じでしたらご教授いただきたいです。

My primary password is not being accepted. Is there any way to create a new one? I have the instructions Reset your Primary Password if you have forgotten it. I do not understand how to copy text and paste y the Console

Bonjour je possède un compte thunderbird sur lequel je reçois les messages personnels et j'ai rféée 3 adresses, ne pour mon épouse et 2 pour mes enfants. Le problème c'est quez je ne retrouve pas le mot de passe pour le compte de mon épouse, ce qui fait qu'elle ne reçoit plus les messages sur Thunderbird et elle est obligée de se connecter sur son compte Orange. Elle perd ainsi beaucoup de temps ainsi que les facilités associées à votre application. De plus je n'arrive pas à modifier son mot de passe. Comment puis je faire ? Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Hello, I have a Thunderbird account where I receive personal messages, and I've referenced three addresses: one for my wife and two for my children. The problem is that I can't find the password for my wife's account, which means she no longer receives messages on Thunderbird and is forced to log in to her Orange account. This wastes a lot of time and the convenience of your application. Furthermore, I can't change her password. What can I do? Can you help me? Thank you.

I don't remember signing up for Microsoft OR Mozilla. but I've been using Firefox for years. I have Microsoft, which may be [edited] @gmail.com, as I changed it from that to [edited] @gmail.com years ago, and haven't logged in for years.

I’m not able to get on to my thunderbird email account. I keep being told a password is sent to my email but none arrives?! I cleared my account recently but can’t log in to my email? Why?

setting up new laptop - downloaded Firefox and when trying to sign in have forgotten password. Entered the code emailed to me but wants 32 character account recovery key - don't know where to get that.

The computer i use crashed. I would like to access recent emails on another computer. I installed Thunderbird on another computer that I have used before and only get emails from a long time ago. My email was no longer showing up on my IPhone. I contacted AOL and after an hour and 40 minutes with them, they finally accessed my email through Chrome, but now my email is not showing up on Thunderbird.
