I am waiting for emails from Toronto Hospital and the emails not working. Please fix.

I monitor the temperature of my PC's CPU with a program called Core Temp. The CPU gets up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit when watching videos. Stayed between 100-115 degrees Fahrenheit when I was using Chrome. The temperature is around 98 as I write this, no video playing. Why is this?

Why do I have to keep signing into my accounts, such as Google, Facebook and Youtube...plus others each week when I go back to the accounts. New, since November 2022 and the past month, computer and for weeks this doesn't happen, but then each week I have to go through security to get into my account.

All of a sudden my visitor counters stopped working in Firefox . I have only ever used Firefox . I checked EDGE browser visitor counter visible . I checked CROME browser visitor counter visible . Cleaned and cleared my Firefox browser . No help . What is going on ?

When I just went on Mozilla it said that my account was not active and took me to a page that said 400 error. It didn't look right so I hit on it and it took me to Mozilla page and the message saying my account was not active was gone. I feel like I am getting directed to fake pages.

Hello. I am using 2 email accounts in Office365 and I am using Thinderbird. I can send emails from one email account which is on the Office365, but can´t send any emails from another Office365 account in Thinderbird. Settings of the SMTP server are just the same for both. I don´t understand the reason. It worked perfectly until this new update of Thinderbird. Could anybody help with a quick solution? Thank you. Katarina

Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.

I recently changed computers. Even though my website favourites were copied to the new computer, I have noticed some are missing. Is it possible to print out the favourites from my old computer so that I can compare the two lists? I still have the old computer.

I do not get the same messages when I use other browsers like Chrome or Ms Edge. This has been like this ever since the updates beyond Firefox version 78.

I have two principal address books, collected and personal. I can add new contacts to these address books. Under collected, I have three lists of group contacts. I want to add a contact to a list in the personal address book. Searched under Firefox and lots of suggestions to drag n drop. Ha ha, highlighting the contact, the moment I drag it across the box towards the list of address books, I get the no-entry symbol, circle with a bar through it. Why is this happening please? How can I copy across the address books or lists? Why is drag n drop suggested when it doesn't work? I'm using Win 10 Pro vers 22H2 64 bit on a Dell PC. Firefox 118.0.2 64 bit. Your aid will save my mind !

I have my downloads set to to save file but a save prompt still pops asking what where etc to save.

I have redundantly troobleshooted start over old new, uninstall re install etc but nothing seems to fix it.

So because of the name change, I am prompted to ask "do I even have an account?" The fact that I am able to even ask you this question must mean that I do. I have been using Firefox and Thunderbird for years and never new that it / they needed or came with an account. So I apparently have an account. Now what? What can or should I do with it? I normally have the full list of folders on the left pane of my window, and then in the right side I have the list of emails in the upper pane and the email preview in the lower pane. This worked fine in the previous release. With 115, when I display a message preview, the left side of the email header is cropped, so I can't see the whole sender email address unless I expand the preview pane to the full possible width. The looks like a bug to me, I think the email header should always be visible from the left, and cropped on the right if the pane isn't large enough. Aside from making the font size unreadably small, is there a fix for this?

hello, i use setting "Delete cookies and site data when Mozilla closes". i also employ multiple ad-blockers, etc. when opening websites, sometimes an "opt-out" or "accept all cookies" screen pops-up. the "more ethical" websites give adequate time to respond and enter choices whereas the vast majority close within a few seconds (no time to choose). just spoke with PayPal about their website's lightening-speed "cookie" pop-up. each website's pop-up is different so i found it difficult to believe when she said this was a "browser" issue (something Mozilla controls). i realize it's fairly impossible to not have cookies gather info but what can i do to opt-out on websites (besides not opening them) like this? thanks, dave PS: i'd add an image but can't catch one!
