Periodically I am unable to delete emails. I usually just highlight the email, then click the delete button. When that stops working, sometimes I can use the Edit menu and delete the email that way. Other times I cannot delete. If I come back later, I can usually delete again. How can this be fixed? Thank you.

How default new page sites are selected? Is it possible to propose a new one?

I thought that featuring https://www.openstreetmap.org/ may be interesting (it is a Wikipedia of maps - with open data dataset contributed by various people, that anyone can edit and is already quite useful).

I think that it may be of interest for Firefox users.

I am a very long-time Thunderbird user. I store my e-mails in many folders, and in all folders I have the unread highlighted. In my primary, very large inbox, the total number and the number of unread messages are normally displayed, and in the message list, the unread are highlighted. I was using a filter for something else totally unrelated, and suddenly I began seeing only total e-mail number, and the unread are no longer highlighted. The unread are still highlighted in my other folders. Is there some way to get the unread messages in my primary inbox marked again? Otherwise I often don't know which to read. I'm talking about thousands of messages, not just a few! Thank you.

I can no longer play any podcast since upgrade to 125.0.3 The arrow/button to play any podcast is neutral, is not active. Or, on spotify if finding a podcast on gardening, clicking the play button plays something on a completely different topic.

When I try to open and email link, it immediately starts to download Firefox Installer. It is already downloaded and up-to-date. This has been going on now for almost a year. Please help me.

I am running Windows 10 (64-bit) Version 22H2 OS build 19045.4355 with the Firefox browser v125.0.3 and since updating to the latest Firefox version I am no longer able to load more than 17 Tradingview tabs and the Tradingview tabs I do upload take a long to to refresh or to save changes too. I do not have this issue using other browsers.

My email was converted from Cox to Yahoo by Yahoo on a system wide conversion on April 27th. In the transition I lost all the emails in my Thunderbird inbox from 4/12 back to the first of the year. I also lost everything in my draft folder.

Carbonite did a restore of the default file (that was dated 4/8) by couldn't get these back. Need to get everything that was in the inbox and draft file on 4/26 (or sometime prior) What can I do?

Quite often I find that Thunderbird is very slow to obtain a connection with my Outlook account. I can run my Outlook directly and everything is updated in about 20 seconds and at the same time it may take a couple of minutes up to a few minutes for Thunderbird to complete downloading. Additionally, many times during this lag in connecting, I receive a message that the password is incorrect, which is bogus; all I have to do is select "Retry" and the download process continues. I am using the latest version of Thunderbird "115.10.2 (64-bit)." This problem has been occurring on previous versions as well.

Needed to look through my April history (pages looked at) in the Library. I had APRIL history up, ready to look through it. I tried to delete one page and it DELETED the whole MONTH. How do i get the APRIL history back? APRIL is gone from the list. jumps to March after the last 7 days

I went to RESTORE but this talks about BOOKMARKS It shows for today may 7, 149 items for example then it shows April 29, april 9, april 4 april 1, each with about 150 items but if I were to click on these it says will replace all BOOKMARKS,

When I click on the arrow to acquire any emails from my isp it will often say downloading 3 emails or 5 emails or some number, but only one or two come in. I have to hit the arrow again to get more. Sometimes it will say downloading some number of emails, but NOTHING comes in. I don't remember this happening until about a month ago. Can you help?

So this problem keeps happening to me - I click "upload" on a website and nothing happens. For example, trying to upload photos to my website or upload files to a platform. Frustrating. To work around it I've been using a separate tab of Google chrome but it's such a pain to keep swapping back and forth. Please help!!

When I'm sending attachments in Thunderbird some of my clients are recieving the email but not the attachments, though when they look on the phone they can see the attachment ?

What can I change in my outsettings for attachments to solve this issue

My question is this: when visiting websites all Icons appear like in the screenshot: replaced by gray shapes.

Anyone familiar with this? Perhaps a solution? Would a reinstall help. Any suggestion is welcome.

I've been using T-Bird for about 15 years, or more. On May 8th it stopped working - unable to receive or send e-mail. I'm using T-Bird 115.10.2 (64-bit) and I've been running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit since 2012, and have no intention of upgrading to a new OS. If I do upgrade to a new OS, it will probably be the latest Mint Linux, as I installed an earlier version of Mint a few years ago to check it out as an alternative to Windows.

I have a 3.2GB AMD CPU and 16 GB RAM. Luckily I can access & use my AT&T Mail at currently.com, but I like T-Bird a lot better. T-Bird has essentially worked flawlessly for me all of these years - until now.

I have re-set my AT&T Mail password 2 times and also tried my AT&T Mail's "Secure Mail Key" from 2020, which is supposed to "never expire" - to no avail! T-Bird does not like any of these Passwords.

So it appears to me that T-Bird is now dead.

And so I am looking around for the best new e-mail client to use.

I am reluctant to try uninstalling T-Bird and re-installing it, out of fear that I'll lose all of my T-Bird data (folders, files, settings, etc.).

Also, I just found a recent article that claims that T-Bird will no longer work with Windows 7 after "late 2024." So I wonder, if the Thunderbird team has already euthanized T-Bird.

I shall greatly appreciate it if you can help bring my T-Bird back to life.
