OS is Win 10 64bit TB is 78.4.0 (32 bit) (is that a conflict?)

For NO known reason TB had to be restarted. Opened, BUT only one folder, NOT the Inbox, is displayed. Cannot see NOR access the Inbox, nor any folder (none displayed). Restarting TB produces the same result every time.

If searched any - all TB headers / options. HELP & support yield no clue(s) nor solution(s).

Every day as far as I can remember, when I clicked on on The Fire Fox symbol I got a page of my favorites. This morning, and all day I get an Xfinity page. What happened, and how is it fixed? Xfinity says it's not their fault it's Fire Fox's problem

Hello, For some reason, over the past couple of months I have been searching for varied emails and they are missing! At one point, I found that some had been put in an archive folder (that I did NOT set up) and they were recent emails. I removed them from the folder, placed them back in the regular inbox and deleted that folder. When I could not find another very important series of emails today, after searching numerous ways, I looked in the server and missing emails are there. I did look at a number of email threads where other people reported similar problems... but couldn't figure out what applied to my situation and how to fix this. To show a specific example, I attached two images ... the first is my Thunderbird email account that shows one Email only on Feb 18, 2024. The Juno server image shows 7 emails on that same date, four which were important contracts that were sent to me. Can you please help me locate and retrieve these and other missing emails? I have two audio device plugged in. firefox only outputs to the usb devise even though i have selected the aux out on windows. all other programs use the selected audio out but not firefox

Thunderbird auto updated to 115.10.1 and now it is behaving strangely.

1. The Message Filter has "Junk" at the bottom of the list of filters and anything that is not sent to a folder gets sent to the Junk folder. Instead all the junk is going to the Inbox.

2. Folders that have new email show up in blue highlighted folder as they should. But if I select those emails and read them, they remain highlighted but without the blue color.

3. Sometimes when I delete an email after reading, it deletes for a moment and then returns to the folder as unread. Multiple attempts to delete fail.

I am on a MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.4, and the lastest version of Firefox. The YouTube website will not load. It looks like the attached screen shot. I can access the site with other browsers. I can play a YouTube video with Firefox if I have a link, but I cannot see the rest of the page - just the video itself.

Already invested time creating some html code for email signature on thunderbird. Wanted to create something prepared for dark modes on IOS. Everything was fine until I detected on IOS (dark mode)some white rectangles outside my email signature code. It´s a problem that I cannot solve because it´s outside my code, and I´m wondering if you are already aware of this issue.

I have noticed that for the past several months Firefox for Android begins draining my battery after being installed for around 2 weeks. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 (128GB) running Android 14 (AP1A.240405.002) in the UK.

At first, I thought this was being caused by an add-on, so I reinstalled without add-ons and slowly started enabling them day by day until I caught the culprit (which if I recall correctly was Dark Reader). However, even after I disabled the Dark Reader add-on the problem persisted, and no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the background battery drain issues would eventually come back after ~2 weeks of being installed.

At present I have only three add-ons enabled in the browser: ClearURLs, Decentraleyes, and uBlock Origin. I have used these add-ons in the browser for years without any issues.

It's now got the point where I am so fed up with this issue and the need to constantly reinstall that I will be using a different browser for the time being until this is fixed. I really want to use Firefox as I use it on all my other devices, but this is too much of an issue for me to ignore.

I've included screenshots of my phone's battery consumption whilst I'm asleep, and whilst I'm watching Youtube on my TV over lunch. Both of these are times I'm not using Firefox.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason, when I click email links on my new Android, they open in non-private mode, and I have to clear the history when I leave those sites.

Please provide instructions for automatically opening email links in private mode.

i am using firefox developer edition version 126.0b3 (64-bit) on linux mint with an x11 desktop and for some reason the drag and drop breaks frequently.

i think i have figured out how i can consistently recreate the bug as well as sort of fix it temporarily.

i start with a newly launched browser. everything works fine. but then if i attempt to drag and drop something shortly after i drag and dropped something else and it did the little animation where it returns to its original position, i find that i cant drag and drop anything FROM firefox to anywhere else. and i also cannot rearrage tabs.

it seems to fix itself whenever I drag something from another program TO firefox successfully such as text into a textbox, or a .html file into the window to view it.

All of a sudden, over 6 months of my "deleted" items dropped off. I like to keep up to 9 months items for history reference if needed. Is this an automatic thing, or if, can it be adjusted by settings?

Until recently when a spam email was received, I could go to my Message Filters and one set up as DELETE. After entering the spam email address I could then select RUN NOW and the spam email would be deleted. When I click RUN NOW at present nothing happens. How can I get this filter to work again.

Thunderbird Version 115.10.1 on Windows 10

I wrote my own POP3 server and it largely seems to work apart from when Thunderbird tries to RETR the email messages at which point I get the error "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.".

If I drag a saved version of that same email that fails to be retrieved into Thunderbird , it can write it to the Inbox without issue. That means Thunderbird has permission to write to the Inbox file and so it is not a permission issue and there is enough space. I feel like it is more likely to be something I am doing wrong in my protocol implementation. For example, could I get this error if I misrepresented the octet count? Also I notice that even though my CAPA reply does not include UIDL, Thunderbird still seems to send that request and should get the response "-ERR Unknown command".
