I had a huge problem with M Outlook. In addition it has locked me out of my Office 365 package and I'm not getting help or support. Luckily I had backup completed before the problem. I changed to Thunderbird (using pop3), which I find very good. The back up is approx 8 GB but with many duplicates which I need to clean up. When I click import it seems to limit the file size to 2 GB. How can I import this backup file into Thunderbird to enable me to access the emails, clean up the many many duplicates and reduce the size? I await help, Thanks in advance

I did this once before when I got my new machine but lately my phone doesn't know any of my passwords so I tried synching again. Followed the procedure and everything appears honky-dory but my android phone still doesn't know any of my passwords.

Hello Community Please help me to start again with Firefox from scratch. Last Month I downloaded Thunderbird email app and set up with a new email account using mailfence. Now I find that my mailfence email address was only a free trial and I have to pay to continue to use. I now wish to set up with my original free email with gmail. I did uninstall the Thunderbird app and then installed from fresh. Unfortunately it still has the mailfence email remembered in the Thunderbird App. How so I start again from scratch using my gmail account instead of the mailfence account that has now expired? Thank you in anticipation of you help.

After updating to TB 115.5.2, we keep getting the following error message when we try to send or forward an email: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The server is not responded. No such domain at this location. Please check message recipient "xxxxx@gmail.com" and try again. I get this error on all emails we try to send. We get this same error on my spouse's computer also that we use Thunderbird with. I have already checked settings with my ISP and the POP settings are correct. We can use other mail servers such as outlook.com and gmail.com using Thunderbird. ISP is cis broadband. have checked firewall, have uninstalled Thunderbird and re-installed without solution to problem. ISP has checked port to make sure it is not blocked.

incoming emails do not seem to be effected.

Hello there :)

Please help me restore my browsing session :(

For the past several months I have been using Mozilla, and the feature to restore previous browsing session has always worked well. Even after I clear the most recent history or remove the most immediate cookies, this feature would still work e.g. after I restart my PC or just restart the browser. It would restore all the tabs I was using previously including the most recent tab I was on before the browser closed or restarted. However, this morning, I tried to clear my immediate browsing history as I usually do and the browser froze while I was in the process of clearing this immediate history (continuously displaying the pop-up window/interface for clearing history and not allowing me to do much else on the browser - I couldn't even click anything on the tab I was on, nor could I navigate to another tab and/or open a new tab; and only the close button, and maximize window button, and minimize window buttons were responding). After waiting for a while for it to start working again, I got frustrated and I closed the browser.

I then opened the browser again, but this time, it didn't restore the previous browsing session and didn't even take me to the last tab I was on.

What could have happened this time around? It has not behaved like that for this whole year.

NB: I have not done anything to the browser after opening it! I am still on the same page it landed on when I opened it (just in case).

Ok. The update downloaded 2 1/2 days ago. I've used Firefox since that download. It didn't install until now. 2 1/2 days later. Why the long delay? And why don't you have something show up in the banner or toolbar that designates that an upload to Firefox is happening? Now, we all have to guess why Firefox is behaving slow and erratic, close and re-open, and check for version.

if I schedule a meeting locally for 9am some attendees receive the meeting scheduled at 8am (1 hour earlier than actual). I have checked my thunderbird date and time settings and they are correct. The attendees claim their settings are correct but between the 2 systems (Thunderbird and Outlook) there is an hour discrepancy. This is causing clients to miss my meetings. Please assist.

Most of my emails are going to trash, once in a while I may get one in my inbox, not very often. I now just go to trash for my emails, I am not very tech good but have tried and my son also tried, but we couldn't fix it, we probably may it worse. So I am coping by using trash as my inbox. I know this is not a permanent solution and would very much like to know what I did wrong and get it fixed so I won;t screw it up again. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I am wondering if there is any way to lock the toolbar so that it does not automatically pop up when you are in full screen mode and hover over the top area of the screen. I cannot easily play some browser games because they must be full screen and the toolbar popping up continuously interrupts the game.

To clarify, I do not want the toolbar to always be there; locking the toolbar so that it automatically shows when in full screen is not the solution I am looking for. I want the toolbar to disappear when I am in full screen and not popup when I hover over the top area of the screen.

I have been having problems trying to access the website 'keepersecurity.com'. This started happening with Version 121. I contacted 'Keeper' about the issue, but nothing they suggested worked. While I am using Firefox as my browser, I also have Microsoft Edge installed and available to use. I accessed the site using Edge without any problems. So I assume the problem is with version 121.
